Location. It was close to the Omaha Zoo.

The picture of the pool on Booking.com is misleading and shows a pool from another Holiday Inn holiday. All the pictures are probably just pictures of any or all the Holiday Inn, even though the one you’re going to doesn’t look anything like that. The pool picture looked like a big pool but the pool we went to was a small pool. It didn’t bother us at the time because we had the pool to ourselves but if others were in there at the same time, it would get crowded quick. And the sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options although some things were not thoroughly heated. Dining area was kept clean and the hotel was full with a convention nearby. Location was close to the attractions we came to see, easy access to interstate and dining options.

Our rooms carpet appeared to have been freshly shampooed and was quite wet. Due to this we couldn’t put any items on the floor and we had to wear our shoes in the room.

The breakfast was very good withe the many choices available. The pool was warm and very clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and professional. We were very close to the Zoo which was a stop on our activities list.

We would have liked to have 2 rooms next to each other. I had put in a request but had changed the date of our arrival and didn't think to mention that as well at the time of the change.

The bathroom had an odor to it like sewage but if you kept the door shut it was okay. This isn’t necessarily a problem but there was not a tub in our bathroom, just a stand up shower, which is fine but we had young children with us who could not take a bath. Again, not necessarily a problem but it might be helpful to note for future guests with children.

Bed, pillows & sheet were comfy. Air conditioner worked great. Wifi was fast, even at far end of hallway on 3rd floor. Everything was very clean. Bathroom was arranged well & spacious. Low entry tub was a bonus. Toilet flushed quieter than most, not sounding like a jet aircraft taking off. Room was quiet. The entry door key cards actually worked, one swipe & in, every time. Breakfast was terrific. Staff were friendly. There was NO annoying clock radio on the nightstand, showing the wrong time, and like at other hotels, nearly impossible to tune (if you can even find a station worth listening to). Thank you for that! Bass Pro Shop across the street as well as other great businesses (but far enough away for it to be quiet in room). Would highly recommend this hotel.

Perhaps a free pen and small notepad as a door prize 😆. But really, cannot think of a single thing to whine about.

The location was great for my particular reason for the visit! The rooms were new and the beds were very comfortable! The pool was great and clean. Absolutely enjoyed every moment!

They were still under construction in some areas but it wasn’t bad at all.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast was well stocked and fresh. So many options. Everything was clean. And, the staff was so pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Housekeeping surprised me at 8 in the morning. I wasn't quite ready to get up. 😄

It was over Christmas, so it was very quiet and felt like our own place. Staff was kind and hospitable. The room, pool, and pool area were clean. Breakfast was good too, various options. To be honest, we were also there is a slow period, so I cannot say what regular pace experience is like. We would definitely return though.

The Jacuzzi was very nice, big enough for two people and the TV was able to swivel towards the bed and or Jacuzzi depending where we wanted it. Bed was very comfortable and clean, came with great soaps and lotion and coffee and free breakfast was so yummy

The breakfast selections were great! There's something to eat for everyone. We enjoyed the coffee! Staff was great. Very comfortable and clean. The beds were very comfortable also!

Everything was awesome for us!
