Excellent all the way! I have just driven across Canada and the United States and stayed at a dozen hotels. Keith is the friendliest and most helpful hotel employee I have encountered. He went out of his way at every turn. He made us feel welcome and appreciated which was amazing after such a long journey. Give him a raise please. He is incredible!

Breakfast could be upgraded. Not sure how much y’all realize it’s often the last thing someone really takes advantage of before they head off, perhaps for a long journey. I would have paid more to have it upgraded.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Breakfast was served and was very good. Very prompt responses whenever we requested anything. Definitely recommend this hotel.

One evening a storm blew through and the large window was leaking. I went to front desk and reported it and was offered a new room. I chose to just put towels down and when it stopped raining the window stopped leaking. Maintenance checked the issue the next day with hotel manager.

Conveniently located by the Mid-America Center (literally connected to the venue). Breakfast was good, hot and cold options. Pool was fantastic, perfect size for the kids to have fun. The hotel was full due to a cheer/dance competition that we were attending and it was still very quiet throughout the night.

Room could have been a bit cleaner, there were spots on the floor and a couple of small stains on the sheets. The toilet seemed a little dirty as well but nothing horrible. Breakfast room was fairly small, but we were able to take our food back to our room.

Location was great...right off the highway. This made it easy to get on/off the road. Plenty of parking. Modern facility and well lit, which helps with feeling a bit more secure.

Parking is a bit weird because the hotel is part of a larger facility. While there's plenty of parking, it's not necessarily convenient to go from your vehicle to the building/room. If you check in earlier, you'll get the good spots out front.

The beds were comfy Great shower

The people in 320 above us were loud, they got up there late and were up until 130am then were up and loud again from 530am on. My dtr called down to front office and the young woman wasn’t helpful in quieting them down. I said something to her when we left that I was not happy and she said well I called and told them and shrugged her shoulders.. obviously not a Big deal to them as they continued. We were exhausted and had to drive home being exhausted. I know she will never stay at your hotel again and will probably let a lot of people know how our experience was. Too bad… because the carpet, even in the hallways were so cushiony, the room was really good, the beds were great, the pillows were fabulous, and yet this one person didn’t care enough to complete our request times two .

The location was better than I could have expected! Out the front door was Mid-America Convention Center, where our concert was being held, and out the backdoor was the Horseshoe Casino. I could not of asked for a better location all within walking distance of our room.

My biggest complaint is the lack of real pillows to sleep on. Our room only had sofa sized pillows to use.

Free breakfast.

The rooms were not very quiet. There were a lot of kids running around. The breakfast area was very cramped and there were a lot of people using a small space at the same time. It was also very noisy. My bed was not made up each day and no fresh towels were brought. I don't expect them to re-do everything when we stay two nights but they could at least do those two things.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was fine. If you are attending an event at the event center, or want to go to Bass Pro or Horseshoe Casino, location is great.

If you want to go literally anywhere other than the event center, Bass Pro or Horseshoe Casino, there are better locations. I didn't go to any of those...

The breakfast was very good. I liked the location and being close to the casino. It was a safe area with a good location. I will be back for sure!!

The room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke. You could just smell hints of it. Being that I don’t smoke, I can definitely pick up on it. I looked behind the headboard of the bed and there were Q-Tips, napkins, and just filth.

All of the amenities- swimming pool, hot tub and breakfast.

We arrived at 3pm after an 8 hour drive only to be told the room isn’t ready and there was nothing they could do, told me to come back in 1 hour! Not a welcoming arrival. Receptionist was not friendly.
