It was clear that this had been refurbished and was in great conditon. Beds were comfy and everything was super clean

The breakfast was marginal but the room was great, clean and comfortable which was our primary concern on this stay. The rooms were definitely refurbished but the bathrooms have a few "missing things" from the refurbish, like the bathroom door woudn't open all the way because the shower bar blocked it from opening all the way. Also it was clear that the bathrooms are the one area they short-cut the refurbishment. That being said, the bathroom was super clean and not an issue other than the door opening.

Very clean and staff were excellent. The room was very reasonable. We had a King with Hot tub and the room felt like we were in the mountains. I loved that we over slept and house keeping didn't bang on the door. Very nice stay

My son was hungry and it was 10 minutes till 6. The breakfast was ready. The front desk was rude telling me I had to wait. I waited till 6 am. Still not open so I went in. My son was hungry. She was rude about it. It's not open. Well I am in here and it's time. He's hungry.

I travel through council bluffs every month. This location is the most convenient for me and has all the essentials. The staff is always great. Other guests are great The building is old but well maintained, the parking is nuts. TV service and wifi are glitchy. But if you need inexpensive, clean and the essentials this is the place. And red roof is pet friendly.

The parking lot is shared with another hotel and it gets really crowded. The wall electrical outlets plug connections are loose in every room I have stayed in. But the lamps outlets are good. Air handlers can be loud. But I use earplugs anyway.

Room was comfortable. Lamp shades and fixtures were loose. Tightened several up because one fell off when turning on. Breakfast was good and everything was hot

Shower head has very low pressure. Biggest issue with our stay was the floor we were on had an all night party going on. Yelling and running hallways at all hours of nite. Noise finally subsided at 5AM. Nothing was ever addressed about this issue. We had traveled all day so this made the next days travels long because of lack of sleep.

wake-up call always woke me up when I asked for one, breakfast was good, I enjoyed the heated pool with my grandson, the room size was good for one person but two would be crowded, the location was very close to my daughter's home and restaurants stores etc.

the bathroom and sink were very small, with not a lot of space to put items away so it works for one person but had my husband stayed it would not have enough space to store items, they did not clean the room daily

Loved everything. Room was very nice and clean. Pool was very enjoyable. Breakfast was awesome. Had biscuits and gravy Saturday and scrambled eggs and sausage Sunday so was great they had different food each day. My kids loved it too. We would have stayed longer if could have afford it. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at red roof inn. We stayed here last year too. Which is why I picked it again. Loved it the first time. So very much recommend. My kids and I loved sitting in the lobby drinking coffee at night watching tv and talking. It was fun.

The only complaint I have is they needed to keep up with towels where swimming pool is. The 2nd time we went swimming there was o ly 1 towels and there was 20 people in there. So boyfriend had to go ask for towels. But other then that everything was perfect.

We stayed in one of the suites, it was very roomy and comfortable; much larger room than all other places we have stayed in Council Bluffs. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely try to reserve a suite again when we visit Council Bluffs next.

Generally I have no problems listing things that I did not like about the places we stay; this Red Roof Inn however was a breath of fresh air. There was absolutely nothing that we did not like during our stay here; this was not our first stay at the Red Roof Inn Council Bluffs, and we plan to stay here whenever we visit town providing rooms are available.

loved the deal! 3 queen beds in one room. For a great price. Usually rooms come with 2 queen beds and a pullout Sofia bed. Which isn’t the worse but having 3 beds was extremely comfortable. Thank you.

In the sink the water ran a bit slow down the drain. Not the end of the world but that’s the only thing not perfect in the room. Other than that everything was great!!!

The size of the room was great, we had a family gathering for NYE played games together and ate ... It was a great time where we could all get together! I live in North Dakota and traveled trough a blizzard to see my 3 adult children and significant others and my grandson! So it couldnt get any better ... We were warm... It was a lil cramped but it was completely okay! ❤

Oh my GAWD ! The bed was so freaking hard! Everyday when I woke up, I could barely walk! Also I was under the impression it was a kitchenette, therefor I assumed it mat have had a small stove(NO CHANCE) It was a good thing that my daughter lived in omaha and she could cook what we needed and just brought a crockpot. It is what it is cant change it now...

Large room with 3 beds for a family of 5, plenty of room to spread out. Large refrigerator for storing perishables and keeping beverages cold. Great place to stay for a multi day trip to Omaha Zoo and other places of interest in the area. Short easy drive to the zoo.

No phone in the room, had to walk a long distance to front desk to get questions answered. Staff seemed surprised there was no phone in the room, I'm sure that problem will be fixed.
