Richard from the breakfast team, was awesome! He was so polite, friendly and caring. That was the best of our stay, we chatted with him and he gave us places to visit around. We really liked him and he will get all of my credit from or stay. The lady at front was nice too, it’s just that she could of manage better our situation when we did. It like our rooms to apart from each other, ( one room was for my teenagers) and we stayed when we reserved that we needed next to each other if possible. She said “you could have said something earlier, now it’s too late I already have you your keys “ But Yayyy! Richard you saved the trip from an okay Stay at your hotel! Thank you! YOU DESERVE A RISE!🤗😁😁

How they dealt with the situation about my children too far from our room

My husband is handicapped and I was disappointed that due to the construction the was equipment in the spot & we had to park somewhere else

would be nice if restaurants was easier to get to. I took Wrong turn 2x . it was confusing because 2 diff Hwy where intersect ing . we had placed an order for delivery to avoid having to drive for dinner. But our order was cancelled an HR later when I had gotten confirmation & text that they would be there in 30 min. That is not on property though but wing stop

Very good location and price. Good breakfast provided. Dated but clean hot tub and pool.

Our room was "clean" and yet not quite. We checked in at 8pm but the bathroom smelt as if someone had recently had a bowel moment. The room smelt of cigarette smoke even though the facility was non smoking. There was a pack of cigarettes in the bedside table. There was a film of residue on doorknobs which I bought bleach wipes and cleaned.

Room booked was under maintenance so they gave a different room just as nice for a little cheaper price.

No signage about it having construction. Rooms weren't ready on time.

Comfortable room. And good breakfast. Location was easy to find.

TV didn't work. Pool and hot tub were closed. Elevator was dirty and was marked up with graffiti.

Nice people calm environment not too packed and right next to a gas station for convenience

at first it was a room that had no curtains but they changed us to another room and it is beautiful I loved it we rested for a while but everything was fine thank you I recommend it

Breakfast - no fresh fruit, waffle making unavailable; mold around the tub which was only visible when sitting on the toilet; no offer to reduce rate when we arrived without the third person - we had planned to arrive with my brother who had not been discharged from the hospital as we had expected.
