Nice room. Clean. Decent size with plenty of amenities. The Hotel was located in a nice part of downtown near plenty of places to eat. The parking was great too. Nice parking garage.

Super loud. You can hear everything going on down on the busy streets and sidewalks.

Our scenery was lovely over looking the park! The bed was super comfortable especially the bedding. We liked the walk in shower, the kitchen and the sitting area. It was nice bedding able to park in the covered parking to keep our car out of the weather. We will definitely be back when we come to visit our family there.

The only things...the HH was nice but limited due to the dispensary for the wine and beer wasn't working; however, the staff made up for it with box wine and canned beer. The railing in our shower had rust stains running down the wall, but was securely attached to the shower wall. We will definitely be back!!

Super comfy, rooms were stocked with wine glasses, bottle opener, mugs, filtered water spout on the sink, dish soap and a sponge, a dish towel, dishes and silverware, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, everything you could think of you may need. The bed was really comfortable. I appreciated how the bathroom products were organic and the hotel was conscious about being eco friendly in reduced plastic use, giving a filtered water spout versus bottled water, and electricity/water conservation efforts. I had to get some work done in the lobby the morning I checked out, and it was a lovely work env with plenty of work space with outlets, and the bfast exceeded my expectations for a typical hotel continental bfast.

I did not like the 50,00 fee at desk when I checked in, it was a surprise charge and I STILL HAVENT SEEN REFUND,I was informed it was for room damage or something like that. my card has not been credited back for this fee,

Extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, and at a great price for a Double Queen Suite on a Friday night, plus the included, amazing Saturday morning hot breakfast. The quiche and biscuits and gravy were delicious! The mobile booking and quick checkout were wonderful! The parking was so easy and validated by the hotel. Great location, easy to get to, and we felt safe. No pool, but we knew that and weren’t expecting a spa.

Exceptional location near food and other fun activities! Plus, there was a great small grocery store co-located in the same building!

Beds not comfortable, pillows were awful. You have to pay to park. That should be included in your stay. Plus being overcharged $50.00 after I was already gone.

Breakfast was great. Shout out to Front Desk employee “Joe” who was always calm and helpful despite many phone calls and hotel guests checking in. He has excellent telephone and people stills😊👏

I wish there had been some drawers in my room to store my clothes.

The facility and staff exceeded my expectations. The whole facility was so clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I have stayed in three different hotels in Omaha and the Element has been the best.

I don’t have any dislikes

I liked the location. The bed and pillows were great. The full size fridge was nice. The spaces (lounge and sitting area) were comfortable and easy to access. I liked the QR code access for parking.

The parking seemed a tad high. The TV was surprisingly awkward to operate - with an on/off button on the bottom of the TV and a remote that didn't turn the TV on). The room was generally clean but, attention to details along the edges of the floors and the bathroom wall appeared to be overlooked regularly. The windows (on the 7th floor) didn't do a sufficient job of blocking street noise. The door was difficult for my girlfriend to open (strong resistance in the automatic closing mechanism).
