The location was great. We were there for the MCWS right across the street. The food was delicious. The staff were polite.

Cleaning our room was done only once during our entire stay and that was after we asked the front desk to send someone

Even the sofa bed was comfortable! Love the space in your suites. Breakfast is always extensive and enjoyable at your hotels. Staff was really nice!

Key cards weren't really working that well, not just for us, but for other guests as well. Not a huge deal as staff was letting l readily letting us in!

Hot tub was great. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

Parking Y’all charge for parking but thr is not enough space in the parking lot had to park car else whr after I paid for parking not coo. Also online show that I was suppose to have microwave and a couch but I did not for the price I paid that’s not okay either.

Staff and property were exceptional; one of the only places I've stayed with my kids that knows that families need room and extras (like 2 fridges!)...with a lovely breakfast!

The parking app didn't want to work because I didn't have license plates the first day.

Location was excellent. We were there for a concert at the CHI center 10 min walk. Plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast was fine, typical stuff you normally get. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much parking, you have to pay but you aren’t guaranteed a spot so cars just park where ever if they have paid and there isn’t a spot. That can make getting out of parking spots tricky when they do that.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Front desk staff, dining room and housekeeping staff always greet guests with politeness and pleasant smile. Breakfast is good with a lot of varieties comparing to other hotels with similar prices. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water are always available at the beverage station at the lobby throughout the day. I booked double queen bedroom. The room is big and clean. I will definitely return next time.

I stayed at the 4th floor, hot water was kind of unstable in the shower room.

Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed the pool. Location was close to lots of attractions. We really enjoyed walking to the Pedestrian Bridge over the Missouri River.

We were disappointed there was a charge for parking.

We loved the location! Cool places to walk to in the area. The room was spacious, breakfast more than adequate and pool area very comfortable.

Parking was tough to find and not included with the reservation. Our room had only one window (ground floor, looking out to the parking lot), with only a blackout shade. I would have loved a sheer curtain as well, so we could have let natural light in during the day without giving people outside a chance to see into our room.

Great place to stay, we were just passing through . The staff was pleasant and helpful, room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. We were on the first floor next to the main road, heard some street noise but with the air conditioner going it wasn't that noisy. We would stay here again
