We showed up very early, and the front desk allowed us to check in early, but the room was not ready. They said to give them 3 hrs . When I returned, the room was ready. This stay was a breath of fresh air compared to the hotel I stayed at the previous night. Room was clean and tidy. The shower had awesome water pressure, which felt great after being at the Men's College World Series. Geaux Tigers!

I like my room very cold, so the air conditioning failed to maintain my desired temperature, but it was comfortable. I just like my room cold, especially at night.

I appreciated the clean, comfortable, amenities and contemporary ambiance, with staff who were friendly and accommodating. The sound reducing walls and efficient room darkening shades for privacy and quiet sleep are helpful. Loved the built in night light, the shower pressure, and fan switch in the bathroom too. The pool temperature was pleasant, as was the whole climate of the hotel space.

Improvements could include caffeine-free tea re-stocked and available for guests and our room tv being without the picture glitching.

When I checked in, my room temperature was 54 degrees and the thermostat was set on “cool”; the outside temperature was 20 degrees. The room located above us was quite noisy; they were clumping / walking around until 1am. The hotel charged me $8 above the quoted price on Booking.com and the people at the front desk couldn’t help me adjust the cost.

Friendly staff. nice room. good breakfast. The bed was a little firm for my taste but I still slept well and my partner was very comfortable. AC worked perfect and that's important to this menopausal anti heat lover! :)

Wasn't a big deal but I had originally planned to bring my pets and wrote that in my comment section (to be placed near exit if possible) and then we changed our minds. When checking out I noticed a fee for animals. They hadn't even asked us at check in or had us sign anything. But the front desk lady took charges off quickly and kindly. She was very helpful! Very good experience.

Very nice newer facility. I always look at carpets first and if they’re clean that tells me what the rest will be like. The bathroom was exceptional, and the beds were super comfy.

I was not real impressed with the morning breakfast. Yes, there was a variety, but the omelettes were kind of cardboardy. The coffee was great.

The breakfast was excellent with several good options. The two women at the front desk were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Our receipt showed $123 but our credit card amount was $173 - $50 dropped off the credit card amount after three days but this should have been explained up front. The shower was very nice but the shower door was very difficult to open.

Property was well maintained and very appealing! Well lit and plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly and treated their guests well!

You can see the hotel from the road, but the access is awkward.

Bed was way to high and a challenge to get into for a handicapped room. Don't need that many platforms or you need to provide a step stool.

There were many choices for breakfast. The room was clean and spacious.

It would be nice to have the water already in the room rather than being given during checkin.
