I liked that you had a room available - we were staying due to our home being without power for several days and it was unbearable. The night before no one had rooms but luckily you had one that Sunday. The staff was so kind and friendly. I liked that the A/C worked great! The bed was very comfy and we had plenty of comfy pillows!

It was a bit uncleanly as the sheets in one of the beds had a huge brown stain - that is really unacceptable. Either get the stain out or throw the sheets away. You should NEVER by any reason put stained sheets on a hotel bed. My mother worked as a maid for over 15 years and two of my children work in laundry now and they were appalled. The bathroom was good but a bit stuffy and moldy.

Large clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. The A/C worked fabulously with triple digit heat that weekend. Pet friendly. The exterior & landscaping is nice. Good variety of breakfast options. Plenty of parking. A walking trail runs behind the hotel.

Small things needed some maintenance. The drain plug missing from the bathroom sink. It drained slowly. A picture sitting on the floor that belonged above the sleeper sofa.

Breakfast was great! In-room jacuzzi was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Signage did not match the hotel name in our reservation and other communications: the sign says only Best Western and not Old Mill Inn; we had to double check the address. The hotel is clearly understaffed right now. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, and the hallways were not vacuumed. We had to ask for towels for the pool and our room. Several times the front desk was unstaffed because the desk staff were working elsewhere.

I liked that i could wash my cloths easily and the pool is fantastic. Breakfast was amazing, shout out to the gentlemen who prepares it, thank you very much for the great start..

That my 100$ deposit was supposedly be lost but got it back so it's all good. Fees were a little high but hey.

Nice accomodations overall and had ammenities I didn't expect to be included for the price I paid.

Internet was sporadic and would have been nice to have access to the pool. However, I was just there overnight so didn't have time. OTOH, should I stay for a longer time frame it would be nice to have. Also, I mainly used the stairs as the elevator was too slow.

What I'd like to about the amenities with that everything I needed. It was within a block or 2 of the hotel from eating to dry cleaning. Convenience stores and several other family restaurants

Room was clean, well-lit, and comfy, mattress was medium firm - staff was friendly - everything worked. Good value, would definitely stay again

Pool was down, but that was mentioned on booking.com, so no surprise. In a bit of an awkward location - and the signage is a Best Western, not "old Mill Inn"

The room was nice. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was adaquate. It was close to everything we needed to do And it has a friendly staff.

The light fixture over the sink area was hanging down and reflected directly in the mirror we just didn't use itThe only thing missing from Breakfast was the Hot water for tea. The pot for the hot water was cold. So I heated it in the microwave but I didn't heat it long enough so my tea was just warm

We stayed in a well-appointed ADA room. Even the pool featured an apparatus for wheelchair-bound swimmers. The breakfast was more generous than most -- REAL fried eggs! To humanize the location, the Inn had provided picknick tables and had constructed a very nice garden with a lawn and rose bushes.

It took some effort to find this place.

The staff were friendly. The bed was so cozy and comfortable. The room was clean and the breakfast was pretty good.

The pool was cold, it had so strong bleach smell and the surrounding air was old and dirty. Some of the breakfast (eggs and sausage) were cold.
