Everything about hotel was excellent or very good---except the location. It's in a shopping mall/office park area, so great if you have business here or are visiting nearby friends....but nothing interesting or touristy around.

The hotel had the appearance from the outside as run of the mill, but once inside, it was clear this was a newly renovated building. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and decorated in a contemporary style, and the amenities (coffee maker, coffee & such) were top notch. I loved that the hotel practices less waste by installing larger size, refillable shampoo, lotion, body wash containers! Room was quiet - not a heavily trafficked area. Breakfast was amazingly delicious & plentiful with healthy options in a clean, well-kept environment.

Our bed was comfortable, but not the best I've slept on. Pillows seemed a bit scrimpy. The bed covers were acceptable, but the liner of the quilt had a huge tear that made it easy to get an arm caught inside. We were disappointed that both treadmills were out of order in the fitness room.

Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

A bit noisy since the doors do not close quietly, but rather slam, causing one to be awakened by late arriving guests. The Hampton Inn's pet fee of $75 is also the highest we have run into at any hotel.

The breakfast provided hot and cold cereal, egg omelet, fresh fruits, fruit drinks, varies muffins, and sausage patties. The hotel was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The desk staff were all very friendly and the hotel is located near 4-5 good restaurants including several fast food places.

The parking lot for the hotel was a little small but businesses next to it provided extra parking.

The hotel was very clean and the room was the same. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent!

The air conditioner had a musty smell. The shower was very nice but had really low water pressure.

The location was great, felt very safe! The hotel felt very fresh and clean. We had a slight issue with the bathroom, but the staff was quick to help out! Plenty of access to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

The staff and rooms were great! Ever need was met and the staff was very attentive and took care of any issues quickly. I highly recommend this place!

If I can find a complaint it was the gym, the setup wasn’t ideal and could be a better layout. The peloton bike was great tho!

It was fine - neither one of us are big breakfast eaters. My husband missed not having real creamer (1/2 and 1/2) for his coffee, but we bought some at local grocery store to accommodate him.

pillow are small and not enough. The hotel ran very full and they were completely out of extra pillows every night.

The fact that we chose the hotel for pool and hot tub and when we got there there was a sign it was closed for remodeling. Asked for a discount and was denied.

Location +proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. Love the shampoo and conditioner +body wash.

Broken grout in the entry and rust along the showers. Doesn't seem newly renovated
