The staff were amazing, kind, compassionate, and organized. Specifically an amazing associate named Blair. The rooms were tidy and the layout was beautiful.

My stay was really nice but I had a few things that could have made my stay more enjoyable. -the sheets were really rough and crinkled. Maybe it was just the location or budget but the last Home2 I stayed at had the softest and cleanest sheets I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve actually wanted to get a set and that was 5 years ago. -the pool area was gross and there was trash so we didn’t swim -the walls were super thin -the shampoo and body was were pretty much empty -the fridge was leaking -the seal on the bottom of the door was coming off

The location worked out for us. It was located to a pet friendly location which was great ---- lots of grasses and poop bags available. It catered to what we needed. Unfortunately, we were not able to have breakfast at this location because it was being served at 7 a.m. and we left between 6-6:30 a.m.

Probably just the breakfast timing. We would prefer it to be earlier than 7 a.m.

Breakfast was very good, nice selection of foods to choose from. Loved close promimity to the hospital and range of eating options in the immediate area. Liked the fact that there was enclosed garage for parking. Front desk employees, Jeff and Tom, were excellent, helpful and very friendly.

Lock on bathroom door was broken.

Pretty good location and the security for me getting in to the hotel was good. There's also a good system for parking a car securely. Hotel facilities and actual room were clean.

Booking.com needs to eliminate their "message the hotel" section of their room reservation page. If Booking.com is not going to forward those messages to the hotel, then what's the point?

The breakfast was good. I especially like the omelets

However the case that included the omelets and the sandwiches was cold so my omelette was cold but still good. My husband took one of the sandwiches and he said it was inedible and also cold The only problem was there was no place to eat close by without having to get in your car. Wish there'd been a snack bar or something similar to that in the hotel.

The included breakfast was excellent!

My room was extremely loud at night because it was right next to a very busy road. Loved everything else about the hotel however! But it would have been a painful experience if I did not bring ear plugs with me.

It had been about a year since we stayed there. The front staff had really improved. We have stayed there a lot due to an illness that required one of us to be at University of Nebraska Medical Center. The staff in the past couldn't answer some questions. Rooms seemed refreshed?? Housekeeping great as usual.

Quit charging for parking, you aren't downtown Chicago you're Omaha. I feel thats almost taking advantage. Your alarm clocks are CHEAP and several wouldn't even work. Last time ours was set 15 min ahead, but only the hotel could open it and reset it They had zero backup at front desk and I had to go to Target and buy one. This one worked this time

The rooms were large. It would accommodate a family nicely. I really liked the parking garage for off street parking and security.

There were often men loitering in the parking garage at night and it made me nervous. Some of the guests were rather inconsiderate but, that's not the hotel's fault.

The Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds is quite spacious with comfortable beds and linens. The studio kitchenette was perfect to store drinks and snacks for our family. It came furnished with dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. The room came with all the things a family might need during their stay.

The breakfast lacked a good variety. There were no fresh fruit, yogurts, granola, muffins, or bagels of variety. At least one person in my family was left hungry. Another issue is that at some point something in the hotel was broken: the food heater, the garage door for parking, a door taken from its frame, etc. However, the staff was quick to fix any issues.

Nice and fairly new hotel. Room is clean and the hotel is located on a quiet street and is about 10- minute drive to the Old Market district. I am grateful that the staff recommended local’s favorite restaurants such as Sullivan’s Steakhouse and Brother Sebastian Steak House.
