I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rachel for her outstanding customer service! When I booked our room a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned that my wife and I had stayed here after our wedding 17 years ago. This hotel holds a special place in our hearts, and now that our kids are 16 and 14 and fairly independent, we can enjoy an evening together without worry. My wife brought her Styrofoam pillow for medical reasons, but unfortunately, we forgot to take it home. Thankfully, since we live in Gretna, I called the front desk, and Rachel took my number, promising to follow up once housekeeping arrived. When I went to pick up the pillow, I shared our story of staying here all those years ago. Rachel immediately recognized us and said, "Oh, that was you! We upgraded your room to celebrate your 17 years." Thank you so much, Rachel! Your kindness and attention to detail made our stay truly special. It was incredibly humble of you to go above and beyond without expecting any recognition. In fact, had it not been for my own forgetfulness and our conversation, your thoughtful gesture might have gone completely unnoticed. Because of you, we’ll be returning every year for our anniversary. Fantastic customer service from the night staff as well! — Brett

The bed was a little soft in the middle for me, but my wife didn't have any complaints.

Large junior suite was perfect. Great use of space, comfy beds and pillows, extras for the pull out couch. Remodeling was going on, but they made it work in a convenient way for guests to use a different area as a lobby and breakfast space. There was a sign in the breakfast area that said to ask for assistance if you had dietary restrictions. No one ever thinks of that! There are even beers on tap in the lobby! Place was really clean and staff was sweet.

The mattress on the pull out couch bed was very worn out. Springs were pokey. But that’s kinda to be expected.

Joseph was AMAZING! From the time of check in to switching rooms to connecting rooms for my family. He also had a listening ear with my medical condition. He made sure we were completely taken care of in the pool and our room. Anytime we are staying in Omaha this is the only motel I will stay at. I hope to see Joseph every time!!!!

There was nothing to complain about

Every thing very clean and great staff. We've stayed here before while visiting family and will again.

We had trouble getting our room temperature to warm up and hold a setting. once we dealt with that it was fine, we both slept very well.

My only complaint was I could not get the coffee in my room replenished after the first morning. I reall like my coffee before I even get dressed

Room was great. Only issue was a need for a microwave in the room. Staff was very helpful and responded to all of our needs.

Sidewalks had not been cleared after snowfall, lobby floor was wet most of the time

Nice clean big room. Lots of room for luggage. Lighting was lacking but we find that often. :( Beds were okay comfy. Very nice breakfast with many options to please all. Yummy!

Liked the breakfast and the pool.

We didn't like all the extra fees and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Wish they would have given us fresh towels the next day and made the beds.

Great King Room - Suite with small kitchen area. Room was immaculate. Nice desk for work. TV rotated to face the sofa area or bed. Bath sink/vanity separate from shower and toilet which was great! King bed was very comfortable!

Wish list: Breakfast suggestions: -switch from Smuckers brands to another without the heavy load of corn syrup! -Coffee just okay Room suggestions: -Why hang the hairdryer in the ‘toilet and shower room’ instead of storing it in the vanity area where you can plug it in? -No towels stored in the ‘toilet and shower room’. Better grab one before you go in to shower! -Shower was good but the water BLASTED at me. Very hard to shower without getting my hair wet! -Are water conservation efforts employed here? Perhaps flow reduction options in the shower or a hand held device could be added?
