We absolutely loved our room! We had 5 people all together. 3 adults and 2 smaller children and the one room with 2 queen beds was more than enough space for us all. Very comfortable! The bathroom as well was very spacious! Everything was exceptionally clean as well. The staff at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The children loved the swimming pool and area as well!

There is really nothing about the hotel that we disliked. However the location wasnt the best place, and was somewhat noisy as we were on the 4th floor and fhe air force base was close to us. So we heard planes most the time but not the hotels fault really!

Breakfast was delicious. I was happy with that. It was quiet and that helped get some rest. The staff was great regardless of what time of the day it was.

Toilet bowl too low. I'm tall and it was hard to get up. The towel bars were not bars. They were metal slots that I had to shove the towel through. It was too much trouble. The mattress was really hard. The door was squeaky and made a lot of noise. The parking lot lights on the sides of the building were often not on so I parked out front which made me walk through rocks to get to the front door. No walkway was created for parking out front.

Pretty decent hotel for a town like Bellevue. I like the location and the place was clean. Staff was nice and respectful. It's a standard business hotel, nothing extraordinary about it.

I thought the room was arranged in an awkward way, the bed was facing the window and the tv was on the side. but perhaps this is a personal preference. this shouldn't count against the hotel.

It was modern and clean. Comfy beds and pillows, and quiet AC. Breakfast was warm and tasty and the coffee was good. The grandkids enjoyed the pool, which was very basic. The nearby restaurants were nice, and although we didn't go, Target was very close by.

I thought the price was high, and the fee for a pet was $75, so we made other arrangements for our dog.

We arrived tired. The staff member who checked us in was friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. There was a sign apologizing for any inconvenience while remodeling. But we were not bothered at all.

The room was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs. Everything was as expected. When we checked out we had another friendly staff member to see us off.

Well located. Great staff. Room was a little tight but workable. Lighted parking and felt safe. Well groomed public areas.

No cups or pens or paper. Little things mean the difference. The bathroom had mildew rim around the grout lines. Sorry but we are used to immaculate rooms at Hampton.

We were not told the pool was being serviced and unavailable. I always pick a hotel with a pool for my daughter. We were allowed to visit a pool at another hotel a little over a mile away but it was 33 degrees outside. Not a great resolution. I would have chosen another hotel or asked for a lower rate.

breakfast area was always very crowded and not equipped for all that crowd we had an issue with the sink not draining that was not solved untill Monday

The staff were some of the best. Very cordial, courteous, and polite. Room was clean and the overall facility was very inviting. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Nothing that I didn't like. If I were to try and make a list it would just be nitpicky and ridiculous.

Upon arrival of all 16 of us, the desk gal was awesome (we arrived on 7/7/23 in the evening). We were starving and she gave us pizza restaurant suggestions then let us use the breakfast area to eat our delivered pizzas! She also turned the TV on for us and offered us board games! When we checked out the next morning, she was there. Obviously she got called back in! You don’t see a work ethic like that anymore!!
