Close to gas, food, shopping. Lots of parking. I had small dogs and my room had tile floors. Hotel had a pool, sauna, steam room. Room had a microwave, fridge, bar sink. Bathroom had a blow dryer for use and a bathtub. Beds had great pillows and bed was pretty comfortable. Front desk area had water, coffee, fruit, donuts and other treats. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms pretty soundproof the night I was there.

Indoor pool had cold water. I thought it would be warmer. The Indoor hot tub was empty and unusable. Took a nice soak in the rooms bathtub though.

This is the closest hotel to my jobsite in Elko. I've stayed here many times over the 15 years I've done work there. Very friendly and accomodating staff.... comfortable beds... good pressure in shower with plenty of hor water.... Several nice restaurants within walking distance... and a shopping center with supermarket, clothing stores etc. It's right off of I-80 so easy in and out.

Window curtains were a bit tattered... but was able to black out the sun...so mostly a cosmetic issue. A clock visible from the bed would be nice...

I was glad it had a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, coffee maker, & the cart to help bring in my items was very helpful. The location was very easy to find. The staff was very nice. As long as you keep the prices reasonable I will stay here again.

The bathtub faucet was hard to work, may need an update. There should be a dog poop bag dispenser so people could use to clean up after their dogs with a sign stating that they must pick up after their dog. I had to watch where I walked because so many people were not picking up after their dog. I know you can’t make people do that but if there was a place to get a bag & a sign stating they should clean up after their dog, it might help.

Like the ease of access, close to the highway. The staff were friendly and patient. Our room was spacious and clean. It’s not new- and that’s fine by us. Everything worked - lights, ac, shower. Overall- a good stay.

I didn't have breakfast at Shilo Inn during my stay there.

Not the Inn's fault but those staying in the room above mine , were pretty noisy on Saturday nite.

The breakfast was small, but perfect for our roadtrip expectations. Fruit, donuts, coffee. The room had big beds and a kitchenette!

The pool was green.

Very comfortable and exactly what was needed for a quick one night stay. Staff was lovely. Bonus that they had a sauna!

The pool closed at 9pm on a Friday night.

There was no breakfast at this location. The room was spacios and clean. Easy access, everything was wonderful!
