Breakfast was usual eggs, waffles, cereal, toast, pastries etc. Kitchen workers very friendly. Nice environment. Our room was large and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved have outlets and charging ports on nightstand. They actually worked! Nice place and we will stay there again.

My lukewarm shower was almost over before the water got hot. Slow drain in bathtub but staff is aware of plumbing issues. The floor in the women's bathroom by the pool looks very dirty.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. All of the staff was excellent, helpful and very friendly! The kitchen staff made gluten-free muffins daily, bacon, sausage and had boiled eggs etc., best breakfast ever! It was within walking distance of the convention center. A little expensive for a work trip but the entire experience was well worth it.

The hot tub was not working for the whole week stay.

The free breakfast buffet was perfect has a little bit of everything. My spouse and I plus our dog 🐕, stay in one of the rooms with a spa tub ( Jacuzzi tub ), witch was fantastic. The room was very clean. Hotel is child friendly with indoor pools,very friendly staff I will definitely stay here again. MY FAVORITE PART WERE ALL THE FROGS 🐸 ❤️ 💙 💖 My only down side I had->-> Ice machines were all out of service.

I have nothing bad say. About this fantastic hotel. My experience with Nest western in Elko NV was fantastic. We will definitely be booking here again.

Super accommodating staff! Kind, clean.

Breakfast items in short supply if you wake up later and the doors are locked 20 mins before breakfast "ended." Had to ask staff to restock breakfast items on the day I was in there early, but she was nice about it and didn't wait to do it, so that was actually good.

Clean rooms for a great price. Pool is open 24 hours a day. Nice little breakfast too.

When checking out early, it is sometimes hard to find a person at the front desk. They are helping the breakfast staff get ready, etc. Not a bad thing overall, but they should have a bell or something to let the person know people need to check out.

Nice, safe hotel. Has a laundry room. The mountain view from my room was good. Nice museum and a decent Japanese restaurant around the corner.

The hotel is outside of Elko downtown, a walk there takes at least 30 minutes.

It was super close to the Elko Convention Center which is where I was attending an event that weekend. It was also within walking distance to many other places like a park which was convenient because I had my dog with me. The blackout curtains in the rooms are amazing. Even after the sun came up my room was very very dark.

honestly, there really isn’t much I can complain about. The only thing that sort of bothered me was that all of the hotel room doors slam loudly when they close. I know that they have to because of fire regulations but it was pretty jarring at five and six in the morning.

A great property. Very clean and the room was well furnished and the staff welcoming and very nice. Breakfast facility was a bit small but the food provided for breakfast good.

The mattresses are very comfortable, but the rooms need to be updated in freshened. The breakfast is managed by a very nice woman, but the choices could be of a little better quality
