Staff was very nice, room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant onsite was very convenient. The free breakfast was generous, freshly served eggs and bacon, good orange juice (not from a machine) and various other choices. Toaster actually worked. Dining room staff was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Dinner was good, though not cheap. Parking was plentiful and easy. Fitness room and indoor pool looked excellent, although I didn’t use either.

There was an extra 6% mandatory fee for “utilities” applicable to all guests. What a rip off! That was not included in the price on Booking, and was a bait and switch.

Location is convenient, beautiful view. I did not have breakfast, but it seems appropriate. I ended up leaving earlier and did not use the pool, but I hope to be back. Rooms are pleasant and spacious, so is the bathroom.

My room did not have a lever to open the window - you could slide it open with your hand, which also means you can't lock it - and no mosquito screen. I was told these items had already been ordered. However, I believe that in that case a)I should have been told before beint assigned this room or b) it should not have been rented. The window leads onto a roof accessible only to three other rooms, but still, I don't find that to be an adequate solution. And since there were mosquitoes, I was not able to open the window.

Nice clean room, comfy bed, and food on site. Exceeded our expectations for the price range it's the cleanest and nicest hotel I've visited. I anticipate the renovations to the pool area will only make this hotel better. We ate dinner in the burger dinner downstairs kinda a small menu but great food and service. The breakfast available was scrambled eggs, bacon, and potatoes and tasted just as good as any small diner breakfast. Other breakfast options like bagels and cereal were available.

No complaints, just FYI the pool is out of order just for renovations, but that wasn't the reason for the visit, so that didn't bother us. And when it is renovated I'm sure it will only improve the hotels already great atmosphere.

We loved this hotel! It was easy to find, the decor was welcoming, and there was ice water available right by the entry. Every staff member was kind and helpful, even with my toddler. The indoor pool was perfect to cool off, and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast in the mornings was great. They had hot foods they were preparing as well as the usually cereal and toast. All my kids were happy with the food. I look forward to staying here again.

There wasn't any shade in the parking lot.

The property was clean and well maintained, staff was friendly, the breakfast burritos were tasty.

Our key cards kept demagnetizing even when kept away from cards and keys. The beds seemed to be very broken in, soft, and lumpy- they did not have much support. The breakfast was the same every day- eggs, bacon, and potatoes- and it would have been nice to have more variety or more fresh fruit.

Quiet, clean, mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

The chair in my room looked nice but was extremely uncomfortable. Proportioned all wrong, hard, and even though I am 5’7” my feet didn’t reach the ground. Maybe it is supposed to have a matching ottoman? Also, none of the desk staff could tell how to drive to Lemoille. This could have been a FAQ given it was the weekend of the Pumpkin Festival. Easy answer is drive down Idaho St to 12th and take a left. Head out of town to Hwy 227. Spring Creek is the halfway point. An area map would be helpful at the front desk.

This property is gorgeous!

There is nothing I didn’t like about this property. It even has a burger place inside which is so nice. After traveling all day we were able to just grab some dinner right at the hotel. Staff was great! I did laundry and staff did not get impatient when I had to change $ for quarters a couple times.

It was very guilt , the beds, bedding and pillows were really nice. The lobby is beautiful! Breakfast was good

The shower/tub had a big stain on the bottom. It was so slippery I had to hang on to the side. Coffee in the food area and in the room was like water. The Keurig was a good thing to have, I brought my own pods.

Room was nice and clean, nice pool and hot tub. Updated atmosphere and nice coffee and water station.

Well, we were told the restaurant would be open until 8 pm . There were many signs that said it would be open until 9pm. We came down at 7:38 just to be told it was closed? We had to go somewhere else.

Lobby is attractive, staff is very polite. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are roomy.

Front desk guy was very kind & helpful, but his skull cap belied what he was capable of. Pretty tacky looking. He was otherwise amazing! You NEED to up your maintenance level, maybe stay in one of your rooms for a night so you can really experience what your guests do. (We’ve been in the hospitality industry for generations.) The shower is a pet peeve for me. There is a great hack for your mineral-clogged shower heads: fill a baggie with vinegar, put it over the shower head, and use rubber bands to close it. Soak for hours, even overnight. Not many people appreciate a spitting shower in the morning.
