From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty. We were greeted at the front desk by Meg and she was so cheerful, helpful and genuinely nice!! The cookies upon arrival were a nice treat, after an 8 hour day in the car, for our 3 year old grandson. The breakfast in the morning was so good, better than the usual hotel fare, with a big variety of items to choose from both hot and cold. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pillows... ohhhhhh!

Can't think of a single thing that wasn't truly perfect.

I loved the Gal Miss Meg at the front desk, although she said they don't accept "pets", they do accept Service animals, you guys told me that they accept pets?! Miss Meg was a great find for you hotel here, I found her full of great advice on where to eat amongst other helpful things she was so great at telling me about. She really cares for the people, we need more of that, Other than the pet policy, everything else was great.

The bathtub drain took over a half-hour to drain, I did let the morning gal know and she said they would get right on that, other than that it was a very good stay...ohh, that's right the stove for the morning breakfast did not work, so at breakfast, we were relegated to cold food and pancakes. Holiday Inn Express turned out to be perfect - clean, comfy, QUIET (a biggie), and the staff were lovely. It was a welcome, reliable stop in any location along a long road trip. HIE will be our go-to.

Computer system!!! We had reserved ahead (and printed out the confirmation), but when we arrived there was no record for our stay. Long lines and wait at check-in because the system wasn't working properly. Also, unable to print a receipt. Agreed on an email receipt which never showed up.

The property around the hotel was clean and inside the hotel was very inviting and clean. Staff members were polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice, a little bit of everything, protein, pastry, cereal, pancakes, juices, coffee, milk, etc.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. We used the pool and there were towels for us and it was a good sized pool.

Ariel was amazing to deal with. She remembered my name throughout the stay, was always kind and friendly, and super efficient yet joyous in her job duties.

This was by far the most pleasant hotel experience I've ever had, it was perfect for the rpicr point I was paying! Nothing bad to say.

clean , good location , comfortable beds , quiet room

no trailer parking , the fan in our room was quite noisy for being a new hotel, the keirig coffee machine was set up by house keeping incorrect so it would not work at first. Front desk staff seemed irritated that I booked thru Booking.com and not thru IHG. the ice machine was broken on our floor , no big deal though to go up a floor to get ice.

The property is in excellent condition, located away from the Interstate, with plenty of on-property parking. It is located in the new part of Elko. The furnishings are fresh and comfortable.

Certainly not the property's responsibility, but Elko has gone to seed a bit. There is no real area in the historic center where one can comfortably walk the streets and visit shops and stores.

the two ladies at the desk were amazing in every way! my daughter in law said they treated us like we’re guests in their own home. there was an issue with the pool, however they arranged for us to use the neighboring hotel pool. everyone was very accommodating including the people at the neighboring pool. there was other guests that were not understanding, in fact very rude to the ladies. the ladies were champs in every way handling the situation. in fact true pros!

had trouble with the A/C in our room. couldn’t get it to stay on. we however are greatly blessed with everything else.

The receptionist was very kind and offered me complementary soda and other helpful circumstances when my room was not ready :) Room was very clean, wifi worked well, pool and gym were great additions.

Room was not ready when I arrived, so I had to wait in the lobby for a little bit.

I have rarely come in counter with a nicer staff than at this hotel. From check in to departure, they were friendly and called us by our names. Besides that, it was clean and comfortable. We had a good night’s sleep before an 8 hour travel day the next day.

We couldn’t stay longer. I don’t like Kerig machines to make coffee.
