ALL of the staff were super friendly! The hotel is older but clean. Seems like they are slowly trying to clean up or remodel the hotel. The pool looks like it hasn't been open in a very long time. The attached casino is very small but has a lot of the newer slots. There's also table games and video poker, video blackjack and video roulette.

The only thing that this hotel lacks is dining. The steakhouse was way expensive for what you get and where you are. The coffee shop was worthless with very few items to choose from. We ended up eating at Starbucks twice a day since there wasn't much else to go to. My husband and I are vegetarian, so there wasn't much for us to choose from either way.

Nice staff, comfortable bed, shower pressure was great! Room was big and even though balcony was small it was nice to have! Would’ve loved to have a chair to sit on the balcony!

Out dated, could use some upgrading! Doors look like original from when opened. Wouldn’t consider our room executive and way over priced.

Very nice, clean rooms. Good amenities, great value for the money. Ample parking, pet friendly, good restaurants, friendly and helpful staff.

I didn’t care for the carpet in our room, it was old and really needed to be replaced, but aside from that everything was great.

No free breakfast, but they have an inexpensive cafe with good food. Room was nice, comfortable beds, lots of room to spread out if needed, sink in the bathroom and outside so if more than just me was traveling it would be great to get ready to leave in the morning.

My family always travels and our stop is always Elko. We used to stay at another hotel but it has run down now so we decided to try Mavrick. Cant say enough about this hotel. Very large rooms. I love how it provides the vanity and a bathroom. Beds were so comfortable my family didnt want to get up in the morning. I love how it offers shampoo and body wash despensors in the shower. Overall we will definitely come back

The staff was amazing - helpful, friendly. The location of the hotel was great.

The toilet seat was filthy, but staff replaced it. The new one was too small for the toilet, but it sufficed. Unable to give us a wake-up call. The nearest elevator was out of order all weekend that we were there.

I drove my son to school from Las Vegas to Carlin and I booked a room overnight to wait out the snow storm which I drove home the next day. The room was nice quiet and clean. The staff was nice and professional. Thank you

Check in and out is always easy. Plenty of parking space.

parking area needs some work filling pot holes and painting the lines on the parking spaces. But that's just my observation as a retired construction worker.

Clean and large family suit with 3 queen beds and a separate room inside the room. The beds were very comfortable which I was surprised with. Clean,comfy and safe for a nights stay while on the road. We were very pleasantly surprised with the comfort and price for the big room!

could use more toiletries in the room.

the front desk agents attitude was almost as if she didn’t care about her job or seemed as if I annoyed her, she was kind but very robotic and didn’t greet me or smile or make me feel as if I’m welcomed to be at the hotel
