It’s a clean well located property that offers good value

The staff check in and check out procedure is pretty awkward. Getting things like receipts and special request for done unanswered. It would be nice if it offered a breakfast like the surrounding hotels. They primarily cater to offsite workers and people who will take advantage of their kitchens. So I understand the business decision to not offer the breakfast.

Thoughtful room layout. Tons of useful space. Almost full-size refrigerator and freezer vs the typical tiny mini fridge. Quiet and clean. Nice soaps and shampoos. Well lit parking lot. EV chargers available to guests.

AC a bit loud but was too tired to look for a lower setting. Wall thermostat controlled vs on the unit itself.

Great staff at the front desk. Fast and friendly. Good parking. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchenette was useful, and the full size refrigerator was great. The room was clean and mostly quiet, and the bed was comfortable.

No real complaints. For a budget no frills hotel, it exceeded my expectations.

It's a great stay for business trips, and extended stays. The vending machines and complimentary use of the laundry machines was a nice option. I benefitted from the kitchen. The room layout was great, everything was clean. I loved the storage in the bathroom/closet. I had to stay for an extended time, and this hotel was perfect for my needs. The pricing for the room for what if offered was fantastic. If you are wanting to have extra amenities for children, such as a pool, this isn't a good fit; however, if you are on a budget for dining, this is a great option. I will be staying there again.

The wifi was a little frustrating and glitchy when trying to access it every time I logged on to my computer. I understand I stayed during abnormal frigid temperatures, but I feel like the icy parking lot could have been maintained better to create a safer walk to my car. It was iced over and slippery. I think salting it daily could have been done. If you are wanting to have extra amenities for children, such as a pool, this isn't a good fit; however, if you are on a budget for dining, this is a great option.

This is a good hotel, clean, comfortable, and well-organized.

We were surprised that when we arrived the room was very cold. The thermostat was set to 65 degrees. It felt like we were walking into a refrigerator. Setting the temperature so low is a waste of energy and money. Multiply this by all of the rooms in the hotel and the hotel is burning money and impacting the environment. We would have been happy if the temperature were set to 75. But at least set it 72.

We have stayed at the Ledgestone many times since it first opened. In the past few years after price increases, we have gone elsewhere. This time they had a wonderful rate and everything we enjoyed about it came back.

Internet connections were poor.

Electric charging stations were a bonus that made us choose the hotel. Didn’t need the kitchen, but a nice perk to have full-size fridge and ability to cook.

When checking in I told the desk clerk we were going to use the electric car chargers. They should have told us they needed to turn on the power before we could use them. At first we thought they were not functioning.

The bed was very comfortable and I liked the way they had the bathroom in a whole different place with a sliding door and it was big and roomy.

The decor was a bit drab everything was just Brown. No light or fun bright colors.

New, comfortable, clean. Liked having a kitchen in the room. Nice sized room and bathroom. Quiet. Amazing laundry room that we didn’t use, but looked great.

The check in was a little weird. Front desk lady said Booking.com was “down” and we had to wait to check in. Didn’t really feel welcomed. No decaf coffee available. The luggage carts were difficult to use.
