It's a great stay for business trips, and extended stays. The vending machines and complimentary use of the laundry machines was a nice option. I benefitted from the kitchen. The room layout was great, everything was clean. I loved the storage in the bathroom/closet. I had to stay for an extended time, and this hotel was perfect for my needs. The pricing for the room for what if offered was fantastic. If you are wanting to have extra amenities for children, such as a pool, this isn't a good fit; however, if you are on a budget for dining, this is a great option. I will be staying there again.

The wifi was a little frustrating and glitchy when trying to access it every time I logged on to my computer. I understand I stayed during abnormal frigid temperatures, but I feel like the icy parking lot could have been maintained better to create a safer walk to my car. It was iced over and slippery. I think salting it daily could have been done. If you are wanting to have extra amenities for children, such as a pool, this isn't a good fit; however, if you are on a budget for dining, this is a great option.

This is a good hotel, clean, comfortable, and well-organized.

We were surprised that when we arrived the room was very cold. The thermostat was set to 65 degrees. It felt like we were walking into a refrigerator. Setting the temperature so low is a waste of energy and money. Multiply this by all of the rooms in the hotel and the hotel is burning money and impacting the environment. We would have been happy if the temperature were set to 75. But at least set it 72.

Electric charging stations were a bonus that made us choose the hotel. Didn’t need the kitchen, but a nice perk to have full-size fridge and ability to cook.

When checking in I told the desk clerk we were going to use the electric car chargers. They should have told us they needed to turn on the power before we could use them. At first we thought they were not functioning.

The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is right off of I80 and easy to find. It was nice to be able to cook and eat in the room. We'll keep that in mind if we decide on a longer stay.

The staff were friendly but you didn't see much of them. There was a power outage on one of the days, not the hotel's fault. They were gracious about it and the power problem was gone by mid-day.

New, comfortable, clean. Liked having a kitchen in the room. Nice sized room and bathroom. Quiet. Amazing laundry room that we didn’t use, but looked great.

The check in was a little weird. Front desk lady said Booking.com was “down” and we had to wait to check in. Didn’t really feel welcomed. No decaf coffee available. The luggage carts were difficult to use.

Very clean, spacious, usable kittenette (including fridge), comfortable beds. We made our own breakfast in the morning which was a time saver!

We got a room on the very eastern side of the hotel - the noise throughout Thursday night kept on waking us up despite closed window and the (noisy) AC on. It seems that folks love to accelerate on the downhill!

Very clean and loved the kitchen set up, made it way easier with a baby and a toddler. Full size fridge helped! Also, free washer and dryer... Very clean room to wash clothes.

No pool or hot tub :( for how expensive it was and all the cool things I'd expect a pool. Will definitely go back though.

This is a new hotel that is beautifully maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and for the price can't be beat.

It would have been nice to have at least a continental breakfast but we didn't mind as the price reflected that there was no breakfast option.

Wow! This place is terrific. I was traveling California to Utah. I would come back to Elko just to stay in this hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. Jennifer at the front desk was great. Housekeeping staff I encountered in the hallways and elevator were friendly and engaging too. Large room and bathroom, everything was immaculate. As far as comfort of the bed and pillows, matches what one would get at a Ritz Carlton. Quiet. I didn't want to leave in the morning!!! Lovely decor in the lobby too. Amazing value for money. This hotel punches way above its weight.

Not one thing I didn't love!

Not only was the room very clean and spacious, but very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the bonus that we didn't expect was a destination charging station at the hotel for our Tesla, It was very convenient to be able to charge overnight. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back.
