The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious.

Lack of both courtesy and safety protocols when maintenance needed access to my room at 4:50 AM. There was a leak occurring in the floor beneath my room. Rather than the front desk calling me to say that maintenance was on their way, giving me a chance to at least put clothes on, There was an angry, non-uniformed man pounding on my door, I did recognize him from seeing him working around the hotel earlier, who came in and checked my bathroom. There was no chance going back to sleep, I packed up and checked out. When I told the desk agent that she could let maintenance know that they could access the room and she knew nothing about it! She did say sorry, and that the manager would call me. He never did.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very nice and accommodating and I absolutely loved that they are pet friendly.

The breakfast could have a little more variety. The beds are not queens, they are full size beds. That needs to be accurately advertised of course but it would make for more comfortability actually having queen beds, there is plenty of room. And the bathrooms need fans.

Beautiful hotel and experience! Elkotel holds a security deposit of $100 for a guestroom & $50 for pets. What a perfect solution for careless, disrespectful patrons &/ or their pets who damage their lodging's property. We highly recommend Elkotel!

There wasn't a single thing that we didn't like about Elkotel, except that we wish there were more hotels like it.

The breakfast was simple, but yummy. There were eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurts, cereals, juices, teas, and coffee to pick from. The breakfast area is comfortable and I enjoyed starting the morning here.

My only complaint is that the pillows were really flat. I think that providing more pillow options would make the stay even more comfortable !

All of the lobby staff were wonderful, there was a mix up with if my dog could be in their cage during the breakfast time since I had already checked out. Front staff didn't have an issue with it but another staff did. I had to rush my breakfast a bit so my dog wasn't out in the truck in the cold but otherwise I love the elkotel.

Eclectic decor, very spacious and clean room. We appreciated the almond milk provided as an option in the morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was outstanding!

Some of the artwork in the room was stained, which is such a minor point, but one management might want to address.

Modern and open. I liked the flooring, everything was clean and taken care of. Nice lobby area.

The mirror was broken and there was no fan in my bathroom. I was hoping there was a hot tub. The breakfast wasn’t set up the first morning when it should have been.

Nice reception area with fireplace, nice relaxing lobby music, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, spacious room, wonderful bathroom and shower, good price, no charge for dogs, good breakfast and coffee.

Bed could use 3 pillows instead of 4. Grounds could have a grassy area for dogs.

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Pillows not so much. They were very flat. Breakfast was good.

Only having one trash can and was only in bathroom. Lamps in room. One by bed worked great. The 2 by the tv one barely worked and the other didnt work at all.

Affordable with breakfast options. Clean. Convenient location easy to find.

The AC was inches away from the beds so one person froze all night while everyone else was hot
