Hot breakfast, good heater in room, very clean, plenty of lights in the room. Bathroom was nice, beautiful view looking out towards the mountains due to having a room on the South facing part of the building.

The refrigerator was broken, a little cumbersome with an elevator, but doable, a little noisy also dependent on the day and what type of guests staying there.

had problems with the keys every time i left the room was pretty annoying had to go to front desk every time and still had problems . had no problems other than the key issue but will probably not stay there again because of the key issue was very inconvenient

It didn’t have old and smelly carpet in the room.

There wasn’t a pool. The hallway carpet stunk, the room did have a smell to it.

The first room provided at check-in smelled heavily of urine (pets are allowed). We were provided another room upon request; it was much better. The desk clerk was very gracious and accommodating and handled our request for another room quickly and professionally.

The hotel breakfast was cold, mediocre, and unappetizing. We've stayed at other Quality Inn hotels and found the quality of their breakfast offerings much better.
