The breakfast was amazing! The beds were so comfortable! The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly! The location was okay and was close to anything that you would need. The air conditioner was on when we got there which we very much appreciated since it was hot that day.

The hotel could use some cosmetic updates and the ice machine could use some updating as well. Some of the breakfast tables were a little shaky and my juice spilled a little bit when my kids sat down.

I thought it was nice, clean, finally a place with breakfast before 7:00 am!

The hotel was nice, it can be a little tough finding dinner at a decent price, or even at all, for a family after 8:00 pm. Luckily the Coffee Mug was open. Good prices and food.

Although one of the Room’s bathroom door was not able to close, and one room’s carpet was not clean, the staffs are welcoming , friendly, especially the young man at the check in. He’s very nice, helpful, and friendly. The breakfasts are excellent! Thank you!!! We enjoyed our stay…and we will definitely come back.

I liked the location. It was close to the freeway and attraction areas near Elko. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included was actually pretty good, lots of food options, hot breakfast, organized and clean.

The bed was a bit stiff, the spa looked dirty, and the outside needs potholes fixed.

Marisha at check in was great. They are undergoing major renovations, so will not complain about things that are or will be fixed. Would stay again.

Breakfast area was not clean. Floors had "stuff" on them that could have been swept or picked up. Food was sub par.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. I felt relaxed and at ease.

Although the bed was quite comfortable, the pillows were on the lumpy side.
