I had several changes during my two stays at the facility. The staff was excellent and so accommodating with all my requests (some which varied from standard policy. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

That the driveways are so full of holes and hard to walk on.

There were some issues with upkeep in the room. The sink faucet needed repair. It was almost impossible to turn on. Also the wall plate covering the outlet for the coffee maker in the bathroom was not screwed on. It was balanced on the outlet. There were no screws! We brought it to the attention of the staff when we checked out.

I was traveling to Montana for a family issue; Trey was Very helpful in getting me checked in. The staff are pleasantly professional and friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet and felt safe. Thank you Gold Country Inn for providing the comfort an safety in my travels.

The customer service and the location.

Too many potholes on the driveway and parking lot. The room can use some upgrade/modern furniture. Also, the ceiling light cover was falling apart in the bathroom. There was trash beneath the bed floor and in the fridge.

Easy access to room. Super comfortable bed and pets are allowed! Breakfast had a great menu.

Had to walk through casino with smoke in the air. They need a good counter pressure filtration system. I Was told breakfast was $4 when we checked in but were charged menu price.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room had new up grades from last year. It was nice and quiet and warm. I liked being able to park in front of my room.

Loved the extra bedroom. Tons of space. Loved having a restaurant on location. Great location as well.

One of the sinks didn’t work. Wallpaper was peeling. Needs updating for the price. There was trash if in different locations of the room so you could tell it wants cleaned thoroughly.

Room was large and comfortable and very clean, location was as good as it gets the amenities were nice and everything worked great. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting good value for their money.

Stayed here twice, a week apart. Both times the front desk staff was exceptional. Extremly helpful and accommodating with parking our truck and small trailer. Restaurant and hotel staff are happy, up beat and eager to make your stay a good one. It's not the newest or the fanciest place but its a good value. We enjoyed our stay.

Zero complaints from me. Staff of both the Inn and the restaurant were great. The rooms were very big, very clean, and super quiet (at least in building B).

What they called a casino was nothing more then a few dozen slot machines. Nothing to write home about.
