We like the convenience of self check-in/out and the cleanliness of the room. With a view of the mountain, the room is quiet. The location is very convenient to get around, covering Truckee and Reno/Sparks. The site has 1 J1772 and 1 NACS charger, and their long cables can be used at the same time, provided that the other car parks curb side.

We were thinking our room size and floorplan is like a typical Hampton suite, but not. In one midnight of our stays, some guests made noises for about 10 minutes on the hallway. Sound proofing can be better.

Over all the this was one of the best experience i ever have so far, for me and my family, we love how nice and clean the room was and the entire Hotel, the staff was very nice when they welcome us at the check inn, plenty of parking space, and the breakfast was really good my family and I love, so we are coming back in the near future to stay in no question, and i will recommend to any body traveling in the reno area to stay on this place.

Parking was easy and check-in staff were very helpful. Beautiful hotel and very spacious room. Breakfast was good. Location is very safe. Right off the highway but able to get good rest during my trip. There are a few food options nearby that were great!

Price was the highest compared to all the other places I stayed during my 5-day road trip. If I need to drive through Reno again, I'll consider this location but I don't think I can afford to return regularly.

Their system was down and we weren’t able to get key cards. They assisted with activating it through the Hilton app , but was still a bit of an inconvenience that the other family members didn’t have a key card. Also, the afternoon staff as I was told was new and had to do a double payment and had me call booking and cancel payment with them and made it more of a hassle for us after being tired from traveling and having to be on hold with them for so long. They tried to be as helpful as possible but they were also having a hard time having to walk guest up to their room and get them in manually so I didn’t give them a hard time. Next day staff fixed the problem easily and offered a whole nother option.

My stay started with a cheery greeting from the desk clerk, who processed my reservation quickly. I was delighted when I got to my room to see how spacious it was, especially the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and I could work at the desk for some time.

The only "negative" was that the showerhead was located about 7 feet up the shower wall. For those of us who are under 6 feet, it was a stretch. :)

Our stay was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfasts were very good, hot and just about anything one would want for breakfast was available and staff was friendly, available and helpful. The whirlpool was relaxing and parking was easy and accessible. The room amenities was excellent with lots of electrical outlets and USB ports. Plenty of work space was also available..

The handicap bathroom and request for first floor accommodations were not met. Although I was able to "make do", using the tub without any safety bars and non slip surfaces was a little scary.

The location was perfect for visiting family in Verdi nearby. Easy access off the freeway, near major stores, and able to jump onto McCarran for access to other parts of Reno. Best of all, NO casino onsite. Room was a haven at the end of our busy days--too busy to use pool or gym! Took advantage of laundry facilities.

Great size room, Breakfast was very good.

There was a bag of garbage left in the hallway for almost 24 hours. It was not from a guest but appeared to be from cleaning a room. Also, unfortunately, it was Saturday night of Daylight Savings so the next morning we didn't know if Breakfast was delayed as most travelers would not be up as early. So we missed it. Also could not find the number for the main desk to call and ask about it.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was our last stop on a looong road trip and it was by far our favorite hotel! The kids enjoyed the pool, while we were glad we could get some laundry done. The room was large and smelled heavenly. The breakfast in the morning was devine! There really wasn't anything that could have been added to make this stay any better!

The property was very nice. It was very clean and quiet. My boyfriend and I stayed in the half suit. It was a very good size, and well accommodated.

The fact that you didn’t have the option on the television to pull up your own tv accounts like netflix YouTube ect, and instead only cable, we didn’t think was very nice. We also didn’t enjoy the food they served for free breakfast. We didn’t feel it was good overall. Very bland and not pleasant
