The service was great. The room could not have been cleaner. For one night we had everything we needed. The coffee , the food and the cafe staff were excellent.

The wind added a mountain feel, but the vents inside the gabble above the ceiling rattled all night long. My partner hoped to swim but we understood the issue. We were swimming in Tahoe the next day anyway. Oh, and the posting also mentioned Breakfast included instead of breakfast on site though were actually relieved when we didn't have to face cold cereal, boiled eggs and plain bagels.

We loved the location; we knew nothing about Virginia City when we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and appealing. We loved the artwork in the hotel, too.

Our only comment and one which was already relayed was the danger in the bathtub - they were extremely slippery! We were told that in the area for some travelers, there are safety precautions and we think these should be extended throughout the hotel - possibly a bar to hold or the anti-slip strips you see in some motel bathtubs.

Being surprised by how nice the Inn was. It DEFINITELY is better than the Good rating it has on the Booking.com website. Extremely good value, comfortable mattress, & strong shower. Great view on the east side of the facility. Walking distance to the free Virginia & Truckee RR Museum & Virginia City's main strip. The drive to the Inn was picturesque as well.

Love the area and the cleanness of hotel

Didn't like about having to do check out online , cause my check out wasn't untill 10 am but about 8 am or 9 am people walked in twice not knocking nor knowing that people are changing or do other stuff, that was very rude it was a guy second person and the lady the first time on my husband.

The breakfast was just enough to tide you over for some place with more filling meal. Kids seemed to love it. Coffee was good.

I was looking forward to using the hot tub. But was told it was going to be closed for a food place they were going to build. I'll wait and see what happens.

The staff were very pleasant the room was clean and you're within 5 minutes of downtown Virginia City.

I didn't like the fact that they say no outdoor food or drinks and they have no mini fridges because of that fact.

Under remodel that will be nice when it is done. Very limited breakfast. No fridges in room. Asked for one for meds and a cute tiny one was provided.

We didn't realize while booking our room we would be in town for their HUGE St. Patrick's Day celebration. We were happy to have a great parking space during the festivities. Hotel is in a great location not too far from Main Street and shopping.

The location was great for us. The rooms nice and clean and quiet. The laundry room was great for guests. Great machines and fast.

The breakfast was a bit light. But end of high season maybe the reason.
