I absolutely love this property! The staff was exceptional, especially the man at the front desk with the really deep voice. He was great! I loved that the property was doing "Staff Appreciation" and showing that they care and appreciate their wonderful staff! They were also wonderful when we asked for a late check out which allowed us to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the morning before heading 4 hours home. The property and rooms were clean.

There was a couple with a small dog at breakfast. The woman was holding the dog in her arms right by and above the food. I would appreciate not having dander around the food personally. I understand it's a pet friendly hotel which I do absolutely love, but I don't think animals should be allowed in the area the food is being served.

Great place to stay if you are planning to visit north Tahoe area, ski in Diamond peak. Its half hr non mountanious drive to Incline village, compared to driving from south tahoe. The location has good resturants in walking distance. The property is very clean, big rooms and good breakfast.

I would have given full score, but the only negative part is during breakfast time, they keep very small potions and it runs out in few min , then you need to wait for refill. There is only one staff working and she gets stressed as they ran out of hot water, milk, eggs, sasauges, plates, etc all at same time and it creates flustratiion among people also crowding in the dining area. I woul request the management to work on the breakfast supply part, ensuring that there is no waits. Sometimes the wait is about 10-15 mins for a refill.

The room was immaculate and everything felt very new and clean. The sheets were crisp and the bed was well made. The bathroom and kitchen appliances are very new and modern. We especially liked the separation between the toilet+shower and the sink. This is especially helpful for families or larger parties.

The breakfast is lacking. We went down at 10 and breakfast ends at 1030 and the area was a mess. There was food left but it was all over the counters (particularly the cereal) or mildly lukewarm. Definitely one of the worse free hotel breakfasts I’ve seen and we also stayed at a Fairfield during our trip that had a much tidier and well-stocked breakfast. A little disappointed, since the rest of the hotel and even the breakfast dining area feels very upscale.

Clean, efficient and value for money. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Although a limited menu, which is fine and understandable, the breakfast was not well prepared and on one day, I found one of the kitchen staff take her anger out on the serving bowls. Despite requesting maintenance of my room on the last day, the cleaning staff ignored my request. The carpets need refreshing.

The location is great and near some restaurants and a Walmart. We had a Queen Studio which had a full kitchenette and fridge. It had lots of space plus a seating area. Breakfast was simple and nice but not much hot food offering but there were breads, sausage patties, eggs, oatmeal, cereals, and yogurts. Heater worked great during the blizzard and beds were comfy. Sinclair gas station right outside the property.

The hotel met and exceeded my accomodation request. Everyone on the staff was really nice and friendly. I liked the rooms were quiet. Most hotel are noisey but this place was very calming.

Too many people smoking outside and sometimes loud small children running through the hallways at odd hours. Guests should be mindful of other guests. Please teach your children to behave.

Great place to stay when travelling. The suites and beds were amazing. Super comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Breakfast is included and a free guest laundry as well. Carson City is a lovely town, the centre is only a few minutes drive away. A great place to base yourself and explore the surrounding areas.

Great Value in today's high priced market. my son is a firefighter in Carson City and lives in Reno NV so I will be staying at you Reno Motel twice monthly for 3 day at a time also going to stay Jan 31 & Feb 1 at your Reno location.

Very impressed, this is how prices and value should be presented to public, There was nothing we didn't like 100 sold on your company!

This was a one night stay. I had much to do while I was in Carson City. I did not have time to enjoy the pool, breakfast, or anything else that was offered. The room was quiet, even though it was just outside of the elevator. The room was clean and comfortable, and that is what I needed the most. I felt safe outside of the building, day and night...that was important to me as well.

Clean; felt safe. Easy drive to museums, shopping, restaurants. I visited the nearby Basque restaurant for lunch. Went to the other end of town to the Stewart Indian School Museum. Saw a play at the Brewery Arts Center. Loved watching staff show each other the eclipse. Staff care for each other and enjoy working together; it shows in how well the property is cared for!

The evening drinks and refreshments were disappointing. I expected at least a tray of veggies but the only snacks were carbs.
