The location was perfectly situated to be extra quiet yet close to everything Carson City has to offer. It's easy to access the hospital and medical offices. The quiet is important to me. The room was spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was efficient and also relatively quiet. I've stayed multiple times and will undoubtedly stay here again.

The toilet in the bathroom was sluggish to flush. Breakfast was disappointing. Usually it's better than this time. Specifically found the scrambled eggs lacking in flavor. Needed salsa or shredded cheese to make them palatable.

Hank is an the best at his job. He was very courteous and truly cared about your needs and experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area and places that are a must see when visiting. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and keep the rooms very clean and were quick to respond to any request. Defiantly will stay there again. See you soon Hank!

Convenience to Highway. Great breakfast. Mornings staff was amazing.

Anyone could get into the hotel at night time. Doors were not locked. You could walk in and go to any floor without using any sort of key. If person working the front desk stepped away for a moment there was nobody in lobby. Entire hotel does smell of smoke even though it’s non-smoking hotel.

Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was great. Free flow of coffee, hot chocolate when we checked in, and cookies during the holiday season. Staff were excellent. Really pleased with our stay.

Laundry room requires us to download an app to use the washer and dryer. Can be a plus point for others who prefer not to use coins.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Easy to access the highway.

They double booked my room and somebody came into our room while our things were in it. Stopped my key and so I had to go to the desk and confused why I couldn’t get into my own room.

All the employees were friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was ok.

Thin walls, I could hear the neighbors phone notifications from next to me and I could hear the tv playing all night from upstairs. The bed was not very comfortable either.

Location, clean, quick check in, comfortable, good breakfast, and plenty of parking.

Pool was inside and was hot in the pool area, too bad it couldn’t have been cooler inside.

Picky complaint, but ice machine makes mostly crushed ice-difficult to use in beverage

I’m disabled and the very long walk from the elevator to the room was too long. Didn’t want to leave the room sometimes because it was too far to the elevator

There was plenty to choose from. the dishes that should be warm were warm. The eggs and sausage were well done, and they served my favorite kind of yogurt. (Dannon) There was coffee, tea and water in the lobby at all times.

We had some trouble checking in and checking out. (Due to booking through Booking .com?) We called Hampton direct to book a room. We were quoted approximately $315.00 including any AARP or AAA discounts. Through Booking.com we got the same type of room we had asked for for under $150.00
