Breakfast was good, few options to choose for free and very good service, coffee was great.

Just an observation, I'm not sure if the supervisor or who she was but she open our door bedroom around 10:45 am, when we have to check out at 11 am, and we still have our belongings inside the room, (we went to eat breakfast and went back to our bedroom before 11 am) I'm sure she may knock the door before, but we left the "don't disturb sign hanging outside. Nothing serious, but I'm just curious if they do that every day to check if they can do the cleaning. Other than that, everything went well and I'm sure we're going back soon.

We enjoyed our time here for the most part. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool and the bowling alley.

Ventilation into non smoking rooms i feel could be improved. I woke up a few times during the night and felt like i could smell smoke from the casino coming into our room : / normally i wouldn't care, but we had our kids with us. And the wifi kept dropping out. The breakfast included with room is something to be revamped. Not the best. Choices could be improved.

Location excellent. Property looks worn and tired. Room was good sized and bed was comfortable! No housekeeping on a 4 night stay - wasn't too happy with that. The free breakfast was a nice touch, although after 4 nights, ended up ordering off the menu a couple of times. A $$ voucher toward breakfast might be better option. Overall good property.

Dusty common areas and rooms, carpets and walls show lots of wear and tear.

Thought it was so sweet how the cleaning staff would step aside, smile and say "Good ....." as we passed. Also, my husband had cataract surgery, & I was concerned about being able to get back to our room, but the front desk said they could bring him back in a wheel chair! Wonderful!

The hall seemed to have an odd odour, maybe from people coming in from just having a smoke? Also there were a lot of cigarette butts on the grounds outside the side door.

Overall love this place. Have stayed multiple times over the years. Free breakfast.

The rooms could use an upgrade. Beds for sure. The quality of the free breakfast has gone down but it is free! The biggest thing that could improve in my opinion is when you are seated at the restaurant with your voucher you are treated like you are divided from the non voucher guests. It also seems like they are served a higher quality of food if you are not utilizing the guest voucher.

Smoking was a bother. I wore a mask.

Loved the mini-seating area in the Jr. Suite. Room was clean. Extra toilet paper in room when needed. Pool and hot tub were great: Clean, great hours, attractive area to sit in.

Was not impressed with breakfast. Breakfast was served likewarm. Food was bland. Waiters/Waitresses were excellent but restaurant was understaffed. None of soda/food vending machines worked.

The hospitality was great in all areas we visited in the Casino, restaurant, bar, bowling alley and hotel. The layout of the whole setup flowed very smoothly which makes it easy to get around.

The fan on the A/C unit would not stay on so it kept waking me up. There was not a selection of pillows to accommodate different sleeping styles, so we woke up with headaches and sore necks.

Room was close to front door. Pool was clean. Room was clean.

Front desk person(MALE) was rude, not friendly. Grumpy. We clearly booked a room for 3 and he was argumentative, telling me we should have indicated that in our reservation. We had booked a room for 3 our entire trip. He acted like he couldn't be bothered. The elevator was on the outside of our room so we heard it all night long.

The check in with Jacqui was great. She was very welcoming and professional. We waited awhile as the other check in person was on the phone and ignored us. Jacqui came and was very attentive. The dinner was great at the in-house restaurant our waitress Skyla or Skylar was exceptional. She was very nice and efficient. Had a great dinner experience.

The hallway and room smelled a little like cigarette smoke. We checked out early to go to the Candy Dance in Genoa and no one was at the desk so had to leave the card keys on the desk.
