The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. Facility is nice and very clean. Love the proximity being next to the Fandango Casino for entertainment and dining options.

No complementary breakfast like most other Courtyards. They do however have Starbucks Coffee and other tasty for food options for purchase.

Room was not as big as I expected. Couch was missing cushions/pillows which made it difficult to sit comfortably. Blanket/comforter was too thin and not enough to sleep comfortably. Had to use sofa bed linens to be comfortable.

The room had ample space for luggage and additional items. The shower was wonderful (great water pressure and additional bench space). The room and bathroom were spotless. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I ordered food from the hotel bistro restaurant. It was very affordable and scrumptious (I especially enjoyed the tomato soup and blt).

I wish the hot tub had been operational, and that the pool were a little larger.

I love staying here whenever I come to Carson. Sometimes the price is amazing, which inreally love. The staff is amazing, and I love the remodel. I look forward to always staying here in the near future.

I had an injury to my leg and needed a microwave in room to heat up gel pad for my leg. There aren’t any in rooms.

We really enjoyed the size of the room, the location and convivence. The staff were friendly, extremely helpful and found anything we needed to help our stay be amazing. Thank you for the extra ice bucket for our mom's birthday flowers and thank you for the sharpie. We loved the ability to move the table under the desk to the coffee/refrigerator area. It gave us a nice place to stage things. We totally recommend staying here, it is an amazing place to stay.

The couch could use some back support. We had to use our bed pillows for support. It would make the room a lot more comfy. It would also be great to see a microwave above the little alcove that is the kitchenette. All you need to do is put in a shelf.

Rooms were overpriced, and a bit small ($100 more per room than surrounding hotels)

Mattress needs to be replaced and would like a microwave in the room. If not permanent microwave, then provide on request.

Nice people at reception, liked the got apple cider.
