The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the location.

The only problem we had was the parking situation. I feel Marriott should offer both valet and free parking so guests can choose what they want. With valet only parking, we couldn't get access to our car except to pay for valet parking. We were able to get the valet charge removed from our bill. Thank you Ashley and Bryan.

Large room in friendly hotel just a short walk from the local shopping complex, and within 10 mins stroll of the casinos and the lake iteself.

It wasn't the easiest hotel to find despite being on the main road, so maybe better signposting would be good :)

Lovely property, most staff where exceptional other than one of the house keeping staff who told us the last day when I asked for toilet paper he told me I had to get it from reception WHY! I also asked for a late checkout which was arranged, though house keeping knocked at 10am I said we have a 12pm checkout, then another knock at 11am by someone else, she says checkout? I said we have a late checkout, she said they were not told...communication isn't the best between staff!

We never got breakfast or were told about breakfast.

We kept getting notified of my car being ready when I didn’t request it. When we did request it it never came. We ended up having to walk to dinner because we couldn’t wait and no one knew what was going on. We didn’t have enough towels and could only be ordered from some app I was not told about and he app wasn’t working. No one told us about a breakfast. The room was dirty. Spilled water from the steamer and wiped the floor and the towel was black.

it was clean, staff was friendly and it was such a great location. very convenient especially when traveling with a toddler.

Perfect location for Heavenly Gondola ski access and lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and access to Lake nearby. Hot tubs, pool, gym and amenities were also great.

Mandatory Valet parking - on weekends, it can take 45 min-1 hour or more to request the valet to retrieve your car. Not convenient at all and lobby was a zoo on Sat/Sun. We ended up calling a friend to pick us up so we didn’t miss boat tour, otherwise we would have been late because of delay from overwhelmed valet staff.

Stayed in Alpine...3rd floor room looking out at aspen tress in their fall colors and then down at the fire pit and court yard. Loved being next to Heavenly Gondola, the little shops and restaurants. Walking the beautiful grounds around Timber Lodge, lovely. The mountain themed room is nicely done. Not over the top, just right!

Well. The halls are long in Alpine, though not much can be done about that.

Great location. Lots of options for shopping & dining just outside of the hotel. Hotel amenities were nice - used the pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly.

Didn’t love paying $35/day to valet park. In the room, would suggest brighter lighting around the mirror above the sink - the dim lighting made it difficult to put on makeup. Also, could have used some kind of additional padding for the pull-out bed. Wasn’t the most comfortable.

The location was great and we did not hear our neighbors.

The facility is beautiful and well kept. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff are all professional and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

The only improvement needed is the valet parking. We requested our car once during the stay and it was parked in a very difficult spot to get out with all the vehicles. The attendants were very accommodating and worked diligently to meet the demands.
