The room was very nice & clean. We liked that we had a separate front room from the bedroom. Bathroom shower was very roomy. Also liked there were multiple hot tubs, pools, & plenty of parking (free, yay!!). Would have preferred a bottom unit, however it wasn't a deal breaker. Also, had a queen bed and a king would have been much nicer. Close to everything (casinos, restauranta, shopping (on main strip of Lake Tahoe). Overall, really enjoyed this hotel & will stay here again!!

Would have been better to have been assigned a lower unit. The climbing up/down stairs got a little old.

Location - close to Heavenly Village

No hot water 1 night and when I spoke to the staff she didn’t have a clue or seem to understand what I was saying We attempted to ask the staff at reception for assistance and guidance regarding the area and things to do, the 2 girls had no clue even when we ask about the gondola ride , which I found frustrating.

Friendly and Professional staff , very clean room , excellent location, quiet environment . Whenever I come to Lake Tahoe, I will definitely stay in your hotel and I also take some Photos and video clips to share with my family and friends! I enjoyed and loved my stay there thanks you guys ❤️Those flowers around the building were pretty and made my day up and I felt happy looking at them❤️🌺❤️🌺❤️🌺🥰

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the decor is nice. There are multiple places to relax outside. BBQ area, pool, 2 hot tube, exercise room and covered area for group activities as well as free DVD rentals. To top it off the location is excellent.

There is a coffee pot but no coffee provided in room. The breakfast should be advised as continental.

Great location. Was able to walk across the street to Heavenly Gondola and the shops. Also within walking distance to the Casinos. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. Would stay here again.

It was a great location, had everything you needed.

The only negative was they had a hot dog, hamburger night for $12 which included a soda and chips. I got the hamburger which came with all the fixings, however, the burger patty was so over cooked I was unable to finish it as it became rock hard, seriously, rock hard. Other than that, it was all great there.

Very good location in center of South Lake Tahoe. Excellent, friendly staff. Excellent pillows—not those foot-high, rock-hard pillows the hotel chains use. Didn’t use the two (2) pools, but other guests seemed to like them. The kitchen has a gmfrusge big enough to be usable, and even a dishwasher.

Rated this down a lot because the shower/tub was DANGEROUS! On the edge of an already-high soaking-type tub, they mounted a rail for a shower door. Both of the times I screwed up my courage to take a shower, I caught my foot in that rail and almost fell. A shower curtain would have been far safer. Also, if you select a studio, take note that the ONLY bed is a Murphy bed. That is, not a regular bed plus a Murphy bed.

Cozy atmosphere, near the best of South Tahoe. the rooms are roomy... Appears to be mostly residential style suites.

Parking can be a little hectic, and there is no a/c, but most days and nights in Tahoe it is tolerable. Rates seem to be the same weekends or Weekdays.

Great location across street from Gondola. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi . The man who gives out breakfast was especially kind and efficient.

This facility has two separate pool areas - did not feel overcrowded at all. Daily activities and live music added to the stay. Very clean and very relaxing. The perfect getaway!
