rooms were really clean and well taken care off, I had 106 so bottom floor corner room was really quiet though that might have been no one in 105 for my stay. refrigerator was nice and clean. everything else was cozy and nice to stay in. perfect to be place to sleep and wake up in beds were comfy, and definitely good for just a place to sleep and wake up and go explore. really close to the shopping, the gondolas and the casinos and lakeside beach.

the ac being right between the 2 beds but that was the only thing but there isn't really a spot else in the room to put it being a corner room. but even that wasn't to loud or too cold.

The room was very clean and the service from the staff was excellent! My wife and I were celebrating our nineteenth anniversary. I called ahead to see if the staff could make sure there were flowers in the room when we arrived as a surprise for my wife. Not only were there a dozen beautiful roses, but we were both surprised when we walked in and saw two amazing swans with your necks together, forming a heart... AND they were made out of towels! One of our staff members had gone to towel sculpturing classes to learn how to do these wonderful displays! The whole experience was exceptional, especially the spa tub in the room! We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you Heavenly Inn!

The only bummer was that our TV didn't work properly. So we weren't able to just relax and watch t v at night... But we survived. LOL

Heavenly inn is very close to restaurants, stores and entertainment. I was minutes to the lake, the area is nice. Easy to find. The room size is good, its like a mini suit, with small dinning table, kitchen without stove, but appliances like microwave and refrigerator. We forgot to bring cups and plates, but the suit provided with utensils and dish plates. I got everything I need it for my vacation.

The room was clean, however towels were little old and no longer white. My kids wanted to watch something on TV but the tv didnt have many options, and it wasn't a smart TV to connect to Netflix or other TV entertainments.

Great Value for price paid. I actually did go to the Econo Lodge which was the same price to see if the rooms were better but they were not. Heavenly was so much better. I stayed during the shoulder season so it wasn't as busy there or in Tahoe.

Could have been cleaner. There was some hair in the bathroom. Maybe the housekeeping can help to inspect each other's rooms. No hot water kettle or stovetop though even though there is a kitchenette. Only a microwave.

We loved the hot tub in the room, very relaxing after being out and about all day. Also, the location is walking distance to Heavenly Village and the beach. The man who checked us in was very nice as well.

Paying additional fees for my two small dogs, although it was cheaper than other places in Lake Tahoe.

Super convenient, exceptionally clean and pet friendly. Check in was quick and very nice. I required an ADA room and it didn't have a clinical feel at all. Ultraconvenient parking. We've been coming to Tahoe for years but I think we found a new regular getaway spot. Great value.

Everything was lovely.

The room was adorable. Full size fridge, .spacious room and bathroom was spacious too. I like it when there is a bathtub and there was. I am going to stay there again.

When I 1st turn the shower on ,orange shot out and then it was clear water. I don't know what that was about. And I would of liked to do laundry but there was no laundry room on the premises but he did say there was a laundromat down the street.

We stayed two night at this hotel and it was ok. It was convenient and we liked it. Everything is easy to reach but it not in the busy touristic center.

The shower head wasn't tight and we needed to fix it - and we weren't the first ones doing this though. Our room was in the first floor even if we preferred a room on ground level. But these rooms seem to be used for stays with pets. The walls were very thin and we had a family with kids running around a lot in the room one level higher causing a lot of noise - but this is not the fault of the hotel.

This place is in a great location. Just a block or two from the center of Tahoe. Super clean, super friendly and although everything in tahoe is expensive, this place was reasonable considering this.

A lot of Inn's in Tahoe are just simply older. Doesnt make it bad, but there is nothing Modern about this Inn but thats something you would expect.

Location

The blinds on the windows had broken and missed slats, our room was on the first floor and there was no privacy because of that , and at nights the car was parked in front of the window and the bright light of the headlights lit up the whole room. I don't take into account the little things like a front door gnawed by an animal, a broken kitchen cabinet door and a refrigerator without a handle.
