The room was very clean and the service from the staff was excellent! My wife and I were celebrating our nineteenth anniversary. I called ahead to see if the staff could make sure there were flowers in the room when we arrived as a surprise for my wife. Not only were there a dozen beautiful roses, but we were both surprised when we walked in and saw two amazing swans with your necks together, forming a heart... AND they were made out of towels! One of our staff members had gone to towel sculpturing classes to learn how to do these wonderful displays! The whole experience was exceptional, especially the spa tub in the room! We enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you Heavenly Inn!

The only bummer was that our TV didn't work properly. So we weren't able to just relax and watch t v at night... But we survived. LOL

Heavenly inn is very close to restaurants, stores and entertainment. I was minutes to the lake, the area is nice. Easy to find. The room size is good, its like a mini suit, with small dinning table, kitchen without stove, but appliances like microwave and refrigerator. We forgot to bring cups and plates, but the suit provided with utensils and dish plates. I got everything I need it for my vacation.

The room was clean, however towels were little old and no longer white. My kids wanted to watch something on TV but the tv didnt have many options, and it wasn't a smart TV to connect to Netflix or other TV entertainments.

Great Value for price paid. I actually did go to the Econo Lodge which was the same price to see if the rooms were better but they were not. Heavenly was so much better. I stayed during the shoulder season so it wasn't as busy there or in Tahoe.

Could have been cleaner. There was some hair in the bathroom. Maybe the housekeeping can help to inspect each other's rooms. No hot water kettle or stovetop though even though there is a kitchenette. Only a microwave.

We loved the hot tub in the room, very relaxing after being out and about all day. Also, the location is walking distance to Heavenly Village and the beach. The man who checked us in was very nice as well.

Paying additional fees for my two small dogs, although it was cheaper than other places in Lake Tahoe.

We stayed two night at this hotel and it was ok. It was convenient and we liked it. Everything is easy to reach but it not in the busy touristic center.

The shower head wasn't tight and we needed to fix it - and we weren't the first ones doing this though. Our room was in the first floor even if we preferred a room on ground level. But these rooms seem to be used for stays with pets. The walls were very thin and we had a family with kids running around a lot in the room one level higher causing a lot of noise - but this is not the fault of the hotel.

Location

The blinds on the windows had broken and missed slats, our room was on the first floor and there was no privacy because of that , and at nights the car was parked in front of the window and the bright light of the headlights lit up the whole room. I don't take into account the little things like a front door gnawed by an animal, a broken kitchen cabinet door and a refrigerator without a handle.

The atmosphere was cool. The room really made sense and would work well for families. Cleaning staff was on top of their game. Would stay again, very authentic Tahoe vibe.

No hot tub, Jacuzzi, pool or sauna. But that's not something they offer normally. The rates were a bit high because I booked the day before new years eve. So that's on me too. I heard the upstairs people walking a bit more than I would have liked to, but it was New Years Eve, so I assume there was some partying going on. The hotel did great in all the services they offered.

Everything is almost good but there’s the only issue for me is the mattresses are too soft that make my back hurts. My husband has the same problem as me too. Although that , I still like this property cuz it is very convenient like having microwave, fridge and sinks.

The breakfast spot , 2 Starbucks close to each other :) target close by, a place that sells ski gear and rental places close by affordable , the sunrise , hotel spa next to the bed with fireplace. Next time I’m trying the heart shaped tub with mirrors …LOL

I wish there were more heart shaped bathtub rooms with mirrors. That one is very popular to book

The property was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing!! I would give more than 10 stars if I can. I recommend this hotel for a great affordable place to stay. I will be back and recommend to all of my family and friends. Thank you for making our trip affordable and it felt like home. Charles
