Awesome chill vibes even for a busy weekend! We'd definitely stay here again. The bar offered a nice selection of wine, micro brews and margaritas. All the breakfast options were very good, we got the waffles, oatmeal and breakfast burrito. The highlight of the stay for the kids was the dj, pool, s'mores and corn hole. It was a peaceful walk to the beach we had private access to for the epic 4th of July fireworks. The hotel was conveniently located between the lakeside beach and the heavenly village with many restaurants and shopping options.

The common areas were welcoming and comfortable. The selection of food and beverage was small but nice. The fact it is dog friendly was awesome. The rooms were nicely done, the beds very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the s’mores. Having an EV charger available was also very convenient. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Overall, the concept and feel was awesome.

The outside of the buildings was a bit worn and needs a little attention - slider webs, warped board at the top of steps. It wasn’t bad, we had a wonderful time, but for what we paid, I would have expected a bit more attention to the exterior.

Great location walking distance to lake and village for shops, super accommodating staff (arrived early and was able to check in early) and super fun happy hour vibes!! Coffee in the morning was amazing, complementary parking was great, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean (heated & shampoo and conditioner smelt amazing) and I loved that the room could be made as warm or as cool as needed. Hotel was quiet around 9-10pm so I was able to get a good night sleep.

Nothing to complain about, the area is beautiful so I spent most of my time outside and when I did turn in I had a comfortable & clean place to sleep and freshen up and kind friendly people to help me at the front desk.

Was clean and very convenient to everything and stay were all friendly ! Only thing they need is more space I can't imagine being able to fit my snowboard or added winter gear in their rooms and they need more space and an iron in their rooms other than that it was a nice stay and they need to update their shower heads ours barely dripped on all their settings be for the price you pay they can afford to buy a $20 or even $80 shower head other than that was clean and a convenient stay .

They had s'mores, coffee and water available and the Lakeside Vouchers were an added plus !

We love saying at The Coachman. Comfortable rooms, nice interior that covers the basics without feeling cheap and location is convenient. The bar and common areas are also great and the pool lovely. This is how I want Tahoe to feel like when I visit.

Breakfast is a hit or miss. My wife's greek yogurt hit the spot but the classic morning plate was a disappointment and I did not feel well after consuming it. The breakfast could use an update and the take-away disposal packaging it comes in is not doing anything good for the experience.

We were met by very kind check in staff, who gave us some great suggestions for meals, and let us know how to get to the beach. The room itself was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. While we didn't make it, there were some on site activities in the evening like- s'mores by the firepit. But, we did walk to the beach. It was a short walk over to a great view for the sunset. The property was undergoing some renovations during our stay, but nothing that impacted our time there. We would recommend the spot for any travelers to Lake Tahoe. Very easy to walk or drive to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

We had a great experience and wouldn't change anything about our stay- expect that we'd have liked to be there longer!

The attention to detail and the feeling of community. There is a general area where people can gather to play games, make s’mores nightly (free), have free hot cocoa and tea. Fire pits outside and a heated pool/hot tub. The rooms were great.. the best part was the heated toilet seat! I also loved the makeup towels, the long bench and wall hooks for all our stuff.. the beds were comfy and very warm. Lots of families stayed here with their pets. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The location is awesome! Only a 6 minute walk to Heavenly Village.

Warm and feeling welcome here. Good choice for people who would like or not like to ski. I enjoy the comfort lobby and could always found a small place with nice wifi connection for vibing alone. They provided simple but nice meals for those who doesn't want to go out, there are several good restaurants near by tho. There is a kettle for heating up water in the room, also some good coffee and tea bags. Showers are nice and water is hot enough. Also they provided big one hairdryer so it's easy to get long hair dry in a short minutes.

The fireplace seems broke while my stays there, hope they could fixed it soon.

Definitely a great place to stay with the kid on a ski trip. He loved the heated pool, and hot tub. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet. It's close enough to walk to the Gondola, although it's a bit of a hike compared to some of the other hotels in the area.

Hot tub was comfy and big, but very soapy/bubbly, looks like it could have used a nice thorough draining / cleaning. This place has a nice price at the start of the ski season, but this place does get pretty expensive during the high season considering the relatively spartan rooms.

The fire pits and s’mores each night were such a fun experience. The staff were all great, the location was so convenient, and the included beach passes were a nice touch.

The only “negative” I have is that our bathroom was pretty small - the door literally scraped the toilet each time you had to open or close it (honestly, I think it’s more that it was a large door…space-wise once the door was fully closed, it was fine.)
