The room is perfectly clean and has everything for a few nights stay. Bathroom is well equipped and everything worked perfectly. All the communication with hotel staff is nice and polite, there is no physical in person contact needed whatsoever which can be a great advantage for some.

Some rooms doesn't have windows and room doors doesn't look secure. The overall feeling from safety and noise perspective is more like a tent, which could be a problem for some people who look more hotel-like experience. There was no noisy neighbors, but you can easily hear how a person brushing their teeth in the neighboring room. Another thing to remember - it's mentioned an access to the beach, but you still need to pay for a pass for it with a discount, which was not expected as beach access is mentioned as part of hotel amenities.

It was impeccably clean and comfortable

I sent them a text message to ask if they had an ice machine and they didn't reply. There is also no ice cube trays. They have a "kitchenette". but it only has a microwave. No hot water kettle or stovetop and we don't use microwaves. They told us this but it doesn't seem like it should be called a kitchenette and be charged more. I also parked my car under the pine tree for shade, but the tree dripped giant drops of sap on it. The white curtains are totally see through so you can't have filtered light and privacy. I would recommend staying here.

I had an excellent stay at The Jeffrey Hotel. During my trip to South Lake Tahoe, I stayed at several hotels, and this one was by far the best. The check-in process was super convenient—there’s no front desk, and they send you a code to access your room, which made everything very easy. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. There was also a kitchenette with all the essentials to prepare breakfast (though an oven would have been a nice addition). I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Property was nice and clean, well maintained. Rooms were nice and well equipped. The In room fireplace was a nice touch as opposed to the usual baseboard heaters.

This was a last minute booking and I missed that it was contactless checkin. Between the booking agent and the company I think I had close to 15 messages from this booking. It was overkill to say the least. I get it, self checkin saves on labour costs but it really loses the level of service. I watched multiple people arrive at the property confused and looking around for a reception and somewhere to go. Maybe on those 15 messages you could call out the self checkin a little more clearly and that there’s no staff on property checking on things. Overall I feel like the lack of staff is a bit of a cop out and for the price people pay there should be someone on site.

This cute little place was close to the Heavenly village - not close enough to walk in your snow boots though. The room was clean and clearly updated recently. Everything was in working order and I slept great! Loved the always always always quick response through text. Incredible!!! Loved the remote door locking feature. My husband had forgot to lock the door with the code one day. I texted and they locked it for us remotely! Fan-Freaking-tastic feature! Thank you so much!!!!

They did have a Keurig in the room but it was very difficult to use for us personally. You had to move the whole tray to a plug to make coffee. Maybe a coffee station in the lobby? But I do recognize that could pose messes with inconsiderate coffee achievers... LOL So I will give you that one!! But really overall GREAT stay here!!

I loved this cute, updated little inn. The communication beforehand made check-in a breeze, and I could request a room with a fireplace, which is essential to me when in the snow. The room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. I'll definitely be back. The shower water pressure was unbelievable and welcomed after a long, wet day of skiing. Thank you, team Jeffrey!

Hooks or something to dry wet ski/snowboard clothes near the fire. A hot water boiler for tea etc. would have been great. They have a k cup thingie in there, but you can't just boil water. Otherwise, very comfortable!

Great location near the Heavenly gondola. Clean room with a cute heater that looks like a fireplace. Bed mattress is firm but comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Room also has a microwave and minifridge. I did the late checkout which cost an extra $25 for checking out at 11:30 AM (at noon it's $50). Staff replied promptly to my texts. If all you're looking for is a nice room to stay at while you go skiing/snowboarding/etc., then this is a good value.

Room was a bit pricey. There's no hot tub, pool or common area on the property, compared to similar-priced hotels in the area.

The cleaning service is thorough, which is very reassuring! The bed is comfortable, and there's plenty of bath hot water. Both heating and refrigerator are available, and there's an ample supply of towels. A microwave is provided in the room. The location is convenient; there are plenty of dining options within walking distance, and the nearby beach is also accessible on foot. You can inquire about discounts on beach entrance fees.

Some of the appliances, such as the heater and refrigerator, make a bit of noise. The room's soundproofing isn't great, but most people don't seem to be bothered by it. However, it's worth considering for those who are sensitive to noise, like footsteps. The bed is very comfortable, but the pillows are quite high; it would be nice to have the option of lower ones. We're two people, but only one paper cup was provided, possibly just an oversight in counting quantities.

Great quality for the price ! Great location, response time was quick and contactless check-in was nice. They accommodate an early check in . Kiddos to the establishment on their customer service and on their upkeep to the Hotel . Major kiddos to the house keeping who have rooms clean ! The added touches like towels folded resort style, microwave, refrigerator, microwave , iron , hair dryer , table/chair in corner of room and fireplace were a great touch ! Wood floors were nice and Husband even said you can tell sheets and pillows were washed as they smelled wonderful ! Bed was very comfortable and would highly recommend for couples stay or family stay was very quite and peaceful ! Don't have a pool but that's why you come to Lake Tahoe for the Lake ! They have way more added amenities inside rooms than hotels and resorts that are twice the price in the area ! Will be back and will highly recommend to Family & Friends ! Thank you for making our first trip to Lake Tahoe with an Infant comfortable and enjoyable !

Our room was so beautiful and spacious!! The bed was super comfortable and the linen felt so soft and nice! The shower had really good water pressure. They don’t have a front desk, the check in is online and you access your room via code, which is very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Tahoe. Restaurants and the beach (pricey) in walking distance.

The online check in and access to the room by code is a great idea. The communication about it was just a bit much. Mails, texts, WhatsApp and booking.com messages, calls. I think it would be more convenient to just get the information once or twice via one channel, keeping in mind that there are extra costs for non US visitors when calling and texting. Also housekeeping would have been great, especially when staying longer.
