The inn was greatly improved from its previous life before being Budget Inn at Heavenly Gondola. The renovation was excellent, with new beddings, furniture, bathroom. etc... (note: the chair and the ottoman have regretfully been abused and dirty from customer usage during the last 2 years). The best feature is the location: It's close to everything in the village. It's a bonus for us skiers/riders, walking to the gondola only a short distance. And parking is adequate for everyone at the inn. We will come back for our snow season time and again!

Time will tell, but right now, the inn is still well maintained and new.

It was clean and location was great. Bed was comfortable.

The room I had wasn’t really being enough to have two queens, but they squeezed them in. You barely had room to walk past the second bed but you could walk by to get to the bathroom. The fridge fan rattled so loud that I had to unplug it to even relax. It is a bare minimum place, but very clean. For the cost, it worked.

The hotel is located in the very center, and the staff is polite. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The room had hot water, an iron, and a hairdryer.

The bed was dirty and covered in stains. I believe the hotel owner could afford to provide proper clean bedding. There was dust on the bedside tables and lamps. Everything else was clean and had no unpleasant odors.

Unbeatable for the price! You can't complain and I'm glad I stayed there! The rooms were as expected for this price category and I felt comfortable. My girlfriend, who is usually fussy, was also satisfied. It was quiet, you didn't hear any car noises. The beach was quite close. It's awesome to walk everywhere. And we loved the location, everything is close by. I would definitely come back again. Best regards from Berlin

I really liked the location for my trip. The hotel is located across the street from the Heavenly Gondola and the parking at the hotel was included in the cost of the room.

The hotel does not have a elevator ; This could be a problem if you need to carry lots of stuff up the stairway

LOCATION! you are literally 10 minutes to a beach, and across from Heavenly village, where you can find restaurants, a movie theater and many more. If your plan is to spend the majority of your time outside exploring, this would do.

We couldn’t access the WiFi at all and air conditioner didn’t work (there was a fan though) but in summer that little fan isn’t enough for the whole room.

The discount card to the local beach was very useful. I travel by bus/coach to South Lake Tahoe - so the location is convenient for me. The staff were friendly and helpful and very efficient - and gave very good advice about the discount card for the local beach.

There is no breakfast. The TV remote "guide" did not seem to work - not critical Packets of shower location hard to open

Check in was a breeze and the owner was very nice. Bed was comfy, we slept so good. It was also very quiet. So close to everything at Stateline so we were able to walk to everything! Also got a voucher for $5 entry for lakeside beach (entry is $20 without that) per person!! Waking distance to there too!

Thier friendly staff is always available and are willing to help accommodate you and your love ones. The location and the price, the comfortability, the MLB TV and other good channels for entertainment. I really like that it's quiet, I can get a restful night sleep.

On the weekends the price increases.

The location is prime! Walk to everything. Including state hopping! No need to drive for food,bars,shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed which is important to us. The staff was EXCELLENT. Very sweet and friendly! Helpful, attentive. Love her
