Location, very clean and super helpful staff answered any questions quickly. It’s a lovely place and was really good value for money. No coffee in room but there is a communal area with loads of options that is much better. Oh and there are bears in the area. Loved that.

Small gripe is that I accidentally paid for an upgrade room that I didn’t need. Got asked a few times and said no. Must’ve been drinking , but day before I said yes. Thinking it was free. Got charged for it. My fault not staying switched on. But the upgrade wasn’t necessary.

The location is absolutely amazing the rooms were clean and comfortable. The outside spot and the coffee bar available in the morning was a great surprise.

The check in , I had about 23 emails sent the day before about pre check in but because I was in an area with no reception I missed it all and then had to call and sort it out once I got there. Be nice to have the option to pre check in before if you know you won’t be in an area where you can get service to complete the check in. When I did call the number the agent was very helpful and prompt.

Large clean rooms with little treats left for snacking. Loved the complimentary mini bar. Bed very comfortable and the area was quiet at night. Having a fridge in the room is good.

There was no staff onsite which isn’t clear when booking. The aircon is so loud that it is not useable at night so the room was hot and stuffy. The information indicates the beach pass allows access to the beach but it is only a discount and we had to pay to use the beach- this isn’t clear.

Very very nice place to stay. Sincere recommendations! Room was spacious and cosy. Newly renovated. We really appreaciated small ‘gifts’ that was left in the room (some drinks, snacks and vouchers for beach access). There was also a common area with coffee machine and actual COFFEE itself. All cutleries, cups, glasses etc. Not many places offers that. Also the fridge was stacked with sodas (Coca cola, Sprite, wine) and some snacks that was free of charge.

Floors could be a little bit cleaner :)

Close to beach and gave us vouchers for the private beach. Check in process was easy. We liked the grill and firepit. Really liked the full kitchen. Property manager was wonderful and very helpful.

Floor was kinda really dirty. We ended up scrubbing it ourselves. Wish oil and Saran Wrap was provided. And some Tupperware. Smoke alarms were sensitive, went off because of shower stream. Didn’t like how small bathroom was only covered by a curtain.

Location and good hotel for the value. You have to get used to a digital entry to the room but after second try it becomes easy. Walking distance to casino. Also walking distance to beach. I would come back.

No room cleaning per day do best to tm manager to get clean towels. Property is under new management so they are trying with this hotel.

I was a regular at this hotel back when it was the 7Seas Inn and loved it. Once the new owner took over the nightly rates went WAY up, there is no way this hotel is worth more than $220.00 a night. Especially since they stopped offering happy hour and homemade breakfast. But, at the right price this is still a nice hotel, it was very clean and I had no trouble with the self check in. The location is awesome! I'll stay here again when the price is right.

No breakfast, but I knew that when booking. Also, no conditioner in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. We had the whole place to ourselves for two of the nights, before a group came in for the third and fourth nights. The bed was very comfortable and there was a downstairs "kitchen" with a microwave, toaster, snacks and places to sit.

Nice & clean place to stay. They have a nice area to seat outside with a fire pit. Free parking! And great location & walking distance to Golf course, restaurants & casinos!

Price was high but it was only because of the Celebrity Golf Tournament was in Lake Tahoe. Sad that all places in Lake Tahoe almost triple their prices during the Celebrity Golf Tournament. So Resthaven had one of the lowest price!
