The breakfast every morning was very good and helped get us through the day. The location was excellent and within walking distance of the town and the beach! Would stay here again for sure!

Thin walls and creaky floors.

Perfect location for the concert venue. Very close. Walkable location to all the casinos, shops, restaurants. Hot breakfast was a plus! The breakfast area gets super crowded and I would consider relocating the food area to a wider area, perhaps to the right of the kitchen door. We used the pool and gym and were very happy with both. I will stay here again. Very nice accommodations.

Eliminate private beach access from the website, or state that beach access available for a nominal fee. It was disappointing that all beach access areas charge. It’s a beautiful lake, but inaccessible if you just want to put your feet in the water. No fault of the Hotel, just a little misleading.

This is pretty modern and big hotel, with clean rooms and renovated design. The hotel has an electric charging station.

The kitchen room is small for such big hotel. No free tables at breakfast time, it was very crowded and you will be probably pushed many times with your coffee in hands. Also the breakfast does not include omelette with sausage.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The 2-bedroom room was well laid out and worked for a short stay. The bedrooms were fine and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the outdoor grill available was good, even though we didn't use it. the location is great - just a couple block walk to the shore or to the town center.

While there was a kitchen it wasn't really stocked to be able to do much cooking. Wouldn't be great for more than a few days of stay. There was a huge heavy coffee table in the living room which took up too much space and if one was using the pull out sofa a huge inconvenience due to the weight and size. Would have been nice to be able to stream on the TV.

THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT A FEW MIN WALK TO THE STRIP. THIS PLACE HAS A PRIVATE BEACH WHO WLD OF KNOWN. I DONT THINK THIS HOTEL GETS PROMOTED CORRECTLY. THE PICS REALLY DONT TELL ALL THE STORY FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY, YOU CAN HAVE PETS FOR AN ADDITIONAL 15 DOLLARS. THE GYM IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST IVE SEEN. THE POOL IS DECENT SIZE WITH GRILLS READY TO USE. THIS PLACE REMINDS ME OF A HUGE APARTMENTS COMPLEX. THE ROOMS HAVE BEEN UPDATED AND ARE NICE MINUS THE CARPET. THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD 6 AM TO 10. EGGS, SAUSAGE, POTATOES, WAFFLES AND PANCAKES, YOGURT AND CEREAL, FRUIT AND OTHER FIXINGS. THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN. OUR ROOM WAS THE SIZE OF AN APT. 2 BEDROOMS ONE HAD 2 QUEENS THE OTHER ONE QUEEN. 2 FULL BATHROOMS WITH TUBS. LIVINGROOM BIG DINING TABLE WITH A FULL AND READY TO USE KITCHEN. HUGE FRIDGE. LIVING ROOM HAD 2 COUCHES ONE BEING A SOFA BED YOU CLD FIT 8 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY. LINENS WERE COMFORTABLE. HOTEL WAS QUIET. THAT PRIVATE BEACH WAS AMAZING WALKING DISTANCE AS WELL. THIS PLACE IS PERFECT FOR FAMILIES.

The rooms don't have TV in them which was wierd. the master room beds were not comfortable mattress were hard. check your wall mount AC to make sure they stay cool. one of them had issues. those need to be updated. Carpets sld be replaced but im assuming cause they allow pets that's probably why there not super new.

Elmer & Maria were amazing at check in time and throughout my stay. Also, they gave information when needed with great suggestions. Both Elmer and Maria are always with a smile and willing to help. Breakfast was great as always. Changed up a little since 2019, still amazing. Room was perfect, didn't stay much in it, just to sleep. Always loved the location. Also, the rest of your staff was great too.

Room to close to stairs when needed to recoup at night or relax with people looking in our room. It's okay it was the second room from the stairs just kept the sheer curtains closed.

Everything was great overall. Breakfast was a nice bonus. We got the queen suite. The two bedrooms were comfy and fhe living room and kitchen a good size.

Floor was dirty in the areas you wouldnt usually see. For example, when we moved some furniture in the living room to use the pullout bed, it was pretty dirty in those areas. Staff should actually move some of fhe furniture and vacuum. Also, the sofa bed was lumpy and very uneven. Not a problem if you do not plan on using it, but I had to and was not pleasant.

From the time we arrived to the time we checked out, our stay at this Quality Inn was more than we asked for to make this road trip a happy and relaxing time. Having stayed in many hotels, 3 to 5 stars, our room had an unexpected addition that added to our comfort? The room decoration and style added to being able to fully relax after a day of experiencing a adventures day in South Lake Tahoe. I don't know if all the room's are like the one we had but, I'm not telling the room number and if and when I return to the area I will ask for the same room. Staff was also friendly and helpful!!!

Breakfast was appetizing, a variety of coffees and juices, along with other breakfast items but, this must be a popular hotel which made the dining area very crowded? Need a bigger room? All in all, a hidden gem of a hotel!

Location and front desk staff

The lady working the later part of breakfast was extremely rude and wouldn’t let my daughter make pancakes even though there was 15 minutes left of breakfast. It’s unfortunate that she was so rude because the rest of our stay was fantastic. If breakfast is open until 10 am then food should be available until 10 am, not 9:45.
