I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort of the beds and pillows—they made for a restful stay. The view from the room was beautiful, and I especially appreciated the lighting in the restroom. The abundance of mirrors and bright lights made it easy for multiple women to get ready at the same time, which was a great convenience.

I was disappointed that bathrobes were not provided in the room. Additionally, although we ordered food for in-room dining, we were still required to pick it up from the restaurant, which was inconvenient. The cocktails at Hell’s Kitchen and the Sage Room were also underwhelming, with limited vodka-based options available.

The room was as advertised, large and clean. All staff members in the hotel were friendly, courteous and generally just nice folks and this was a busy weekend.

This is more about facilities, there was not a breakfast restaurant option on the Harveys side. Also although all staff were great at least one restaurant cited under-staffing for slow turn around times on table seating and truly there were not many staff available. This included in the house bar areas as well, one bar tender for a full bar with casino card games and drink orders on a Holiday weekend, so there was a line of guests waiting for drinks, consistently.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

I opted for online check in and chose self parking. Before arriving we decided to change to valet. There was no option for making the change online. Online check in provides a QR code to use the lobby kiosk. The kiosk was not working and I would not have been able to use it anyway because of the parking change that I couldn’t update online. With that said, the staff were very accommodating and the in person check in was fairly efficient.

Nice property and best location for a 1 night stay and play. The room was nice.

Felt like we got the "bait and switch". When checking in, they said our room wasn't ready and offered an upgrade, for a fee! But it was on a top floor with a great view. Be aware of double dipping on the resort fees when booking on .com and then making any change to your room on site. I brought that up to them at checkout and they refunded the additional resort fee. The hotel and the room were both quite nice, but our room stayed quite warm overnight despite adjusting the thermostat. Good stay and would stay again.

The room was great. My husband and I loved how big the bathroom was. we could both get ready at the same time without getting in each other's way. :)

We didn't know that there was construction going on in the hotel when we booked so it made it a little hard to find the registration desk for help with one of the kiosks but we were able to find a security guard, and she showed us how to get there.

Luxury queen room very clean and spacious. Very affordable compared to other housing options especially for weekdays. Fun casino, walkway to Harrahs in 5 mins underground. If you sign up for Caesar rewards you’re automatically a gold member and get parking for $17 instead of $20. Hot tubs in both facilities not working but there is steam room and sauna for free access in gym! I actually really enjoyed my stay.

casino is old and confusing. too many mirrors and separated areas. slots were sucking us dry and not even a touch of winning. We ended up going to Harrahs our second day. there was no type of cafe. only a sports bar and grill and very expensive restaurants

Add $57 to your stay when you arrive… Parking is $20 Resort fee is $37 This is not indicated is the final price you pay with BOOKINGS … The hotel is under renovation so lobby is under Heavy construction. Our room was very nice tho (double queen) . Spacious room and bathroom updated comfortable beds / sheets and clean .

The room was nice and big great view of the lake.

I would’ve given this an excellent and a five stars except there was no room service and there was no coffee shop open at night. We were there Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and the steakhouse was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. I still enjoyed our stay very much. We went to the steakhouse over at Harrah’s.

Location was great! Room was up to date too.

Each bed only had two pillows and the pillows smelled. Mine like bad cologne and my friends like oily hair (linens were clean, prob just old pillows). Also everywhere smelled like smoke, but typical for a Nevada casino.
