Beautiful location in North Conway. The accommodations were amazing. Clean - bright - kitchen area. Very spacious. We enjoyed it so much we are going to purchase a time share However. We had a family emergency and had to depart late in the afternoon. I am very disappointed we were not perhaps offered a discount on a future stay. I acknowledge it was an emergency - however $350 a night thought we might have been respected a bit more

The loud neighbors after quiet hours. The way our family emergency was handled. Policy is policy however

I like most everything. It was a great location near everything that I wanted to do. It was clean. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was trying to find a parking spot. A paying customer should not have to drive around for 30 minutes or more waiting for a space to open up.

Excellent caring service of staff; well equipped self catering kitchen; Concord Bus line from South Boston station arrives right outside the hotel entrance

No coffee shop or place to have breakfast in the hotel. Ther is an excellent restaurant which opens at 11 am.

It was very comfy and cozy. loved the view from room 5. Walked uptown a couple of times. Loved that! We felt safe and slept well. Our neighbors were a bit noisy but by 10ish all was quiet so that was ok. Will definitely do it again.

Maybe a coat rack on the wall would be awesome and perhaps a full length mirror on the bathroom door or on one of the walls. Neither is a deal breaker but would be great!

It’s in a great location. The room had great windows that we could open to let in the fall air and light. The beds are comfortable.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly. A minor inconvenience but something that would be nice to have fixed.

Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and a dishwasher; very kind and helpful staff; we really enjoyed the indoor pool and the whirlpool

We missed some more lights in the room to make it brighter

Every staff member was wonderful. The location is perfect; we parked and walked everywhere. The pool and hot tubs were clean and well kept. We will definitely come again.

The location was great. We walk to many area. Met some skiing friends over the weekend. Had a great time.

Had friends over for pizza at the inn.
