Staff was great. Food was great. Our server Makayla for dinner was outstanding. She is a keeper.

Check in was long. Probably just bad timing, but there is only one place to check in. It was close to a 30 minute wait with two people in front of me. One person had a bunch of questions with a trailer he was towing. Another was paying for a group wedding. Not the greatest first impression. You need at least two counters to check in. Our room was very nice. I think it was 21B. You just need to make sure everything matches. The automan was low quality and the TV stand looked like it was from the 1980's. It did not match. And the bathroom soap was very low end, something that is offered in a cheap motel. You need to make sure the quality is everywhere. You are only as good as your weakest link.

The food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. The Stonehurst was beautiful with a nice mountain view. The property was well maintained on the outside, charming and very inviting. Staff were very friendly. Lovely library, sitting areas, cocktail lounge and veranda.

Room #25 was somewhat disappointing. It is situated directly above two huge exhaust fans which were loud and distracting. It also had an odd odor, probably from the exhaust. The bed was much too high and difficult to get in and out of. The room itself is much smaller than the pictures on line. Although the food was delicious and generously portioned it took way to long to arrive to the table. This was true of both breakfast and dinner. The entire place could use a deep cleaning. Cob webs on window sills, dust, and unpolished wood. For what they charge the place and it's services should be impeccable.

The staff was very pleasant. The meals were delicious both dinner and breakfast. Come with an empty stomach though, portions are huge! The grounds were lovely. We didn’t use the pool and hot tub and we were only staying one night but it looked very clean. We would visit again!

Our room was third floor-no elevator. Fine for me but my husband has foot troubles so it was a lot getting the luggage up and down the little stairs. That being said-the manor is sooooo beautiful and nostalgic with its tiny curvy stairs and gorgeous original woodwork.

What a wonderful, classic manor! The room was comfortable and cozy, the staff was friendly and inviting, the lounge was a throwback to simpler times. To top it off, the meals surpassed all our expectations. Great romantic getaway with my Wife!

We enjoy staying in historic places and this didn’t disappoint , the lobby, lounge, and dining rooms had great ambiance. Our room was on the third floor which was fine and the bed was very comfortable.

We understand that in a historical location some areas will need more updating or care. Our bathroom was disappointing as the tub area had moldy tub grout and there was some mold on the bathroom ceiling.

mattress needed to be replaced, sink hole in the center. Definitely not what was expected as far as the room goes, bathroom was very small. no hair dryer in room, had to ask for one at the office. our room was part of the motel, very old.

Beautiful location with sunset views behind the mountains. Comfortable lounge with creative cocktails, good variety of dinner options and a full breakfast menu as well. Great value with. Dinner and breakfast included in the price.

Three flours with curved stairs are beautiful but may not be negotiable for all guests.

Wild Rose Restaurant staff is very friendly. The food was excellent! The receptionist is very friendly. The views were amazing. We had a great time!

The atmosphere and the property is beautiful. We will be back during different seasons!

The room was a little on the warmer side.

The staff and the building are incredible. Dinner and breakfast were included with our room and we were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and quiet. There is also a lounge area to grab drinks by a roaring fire.
