Hotel was very clean with lots of little extras - cookies daily at the front desk, movie night for the kids every evening with complimentary popcorn and a cereal bar set up with lots of kid favorites, milk & lemon water. Tic-tac-toe & checkers boards outside to enjoy. Pool was clean, great for the kids, with more than adequate open hours unlike other places. Breakfast was very good, multiple options for our family needs, including “picky eaters”. The room was spacious with quite comfortable beds. Location was optimal for a host of activities, restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Front desk staff was very friendly and attentive. There were even umbrellas available at the entrance for guest use on the last day of our stay to avoid getting wet moving the car to pack up. A 10 plus experience

Very spacious room and very clean..Staff friendly and instantly accommodating.Genuinely interested in making stay enjoyable.Went above and beyond service expectations.Breakfast buffet excellent..Extra touches like iced coffee and hot cider for free Swimming pool small but useful. Quiet and rooms pleasantly cool without needing AC.Could sit comfortsbly in chair and suite in room. DIY Laundry facilities good when on extended vacation. Plenty of eating places and supermarket close to hand.

Didn't seem to be any USB ports in bedroom. No Netflix/ Amazon on TV.

The breakfast selection was great, the staff was very nice, the room was just what we needed and what topped it off was how great the place looked with all the Christmas decorations! We'll definitely be staying there again.

The only thing I didn't like but it wasn't a huge deal was that I was hoping the king size suite had a full size coffee pot but it was a very small 8 oz maker that you couldn't use your own coffee. I like my own coffee brand n bring it every trip but was unable to use it and we're huge coffee drinkers n need it first thing in the am.

Very good breakfast selection, well set up with help immediately available when needed. The pool was a big hit with the kids. The pull out sofa bed provided ample sleeping space. Movie night was a nice, unexpected touch. The staff was courteous, friendly and welcoming from the front desk to the kitchen staff to housekeeping. The outdoor picnic table games was another unexpected nice touch.

Was sad that the miniature golf was not yet open for the season but nice to know that it is there.

Great location, and clean rooms! The pool, although somewhat small, was hardly used by other tenants so we had it all to ourselves. Breakfast offered a variety of options.

Other tenants with younger children would let them run up and down the hallway. Signs are posted by hotel management to respect other’s space, but parents who walk the hallway with their heads glued to their phone won’t read them. Not really the hotels issue, more of a lazy parent thing.

We came to stay the night before the eclipse and the property was clean and comfortable. Had little perks like family movie night for the kids to enjoy, night cereal bar from 7-10pm, and cookies on the check in counter for guests to enjoy. Their complementary breakfast was very well done as well, the food was fresh and someone made homemade sausage and gravy to add to the menu, which you don’t see often. The staff also was very quick to restock things and keep the food bar full for all the guests. They turned an ordinary stay at a hotel into a great one with those added perks.

My husband is an avid cross-country skier, and he wanted to go to the Jackson XCountry Ski Center in nearby Jackson, New Hampshire. We, liked the idea of staying in North Conway because there is more to do during non-skiing hours there than in Jackson. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and there was an abundance of pillows. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. We will certainly stay here again.

After many of our visits, for the first time we had a room in which the bed did not do justice to the others. I tried to ask a receptionist, who very annoyedly replied that it wasn't possible, because their beds are comfortable and without helping me find a solution. Perhaps they don't know that even mattresses and toppers can deteriorate after several uses and not offer the usual comfort. We were not surprised, given that the female staff is not very friendly and not very inclined towards kindness. I believe that after many visits, we will look for an alternative solution to this structure, not because it is not up to par, but the reception staff certainly makes the difference. It is possible that two customers will not make a difference, but certainly a course to teach how to smile spontaneously would be useful to the ladies in charge of being in the public eye.

Great location, beautiful rooms very nice pool area.

We only had one problem. Heating system for some reason wanted to blow cold air all the time. And when we turned it up, it got too hot. It was probably us. We never called anyone about it. We just tried to set it to something we could live with. But other than that. The entire place is lovely and the staff was very nice.

It was clean, breakfast was amazing! The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provide cleaning service daily if you want or just the essentials. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained.

The pool is a little bit small. They don’t use trash bag liners in any of the room trash containers.
