The room was clean and had windows that opened to let in fresh air. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice with good pressure and plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for me. Close to town and the major shopping area out of town. The guest laundry was reasonably priced. The room has a refrigerator with a proper freezer.

The pool was closed but that is down to the time of year and no fault of the owner. The bath towels could be fluffier. The bedside lamps were either missing bulbs or needed to be unplugged to be turned off. The room has no microwave but there is one in the laundry room.

Older Hotel, good location easy walking distance to area restaurant's, wifi was included free of charge. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and tidy I would defiantly stay there again.

The only thing that was a negative was the door frame to our room. Could see it had been damaged before from something. When closing the door you could see some daylight between the door and frame, when using the deadbolt it took most of that away. Defiantly not a deal breaker but something to be aware of.

The pool is not opened and it is June 22. last year we came in July and the lo was open but the water was very cold. it needs to be opened I. May so it can warm up! The pillows are flat and need to be replaced. The freezer in the fridge was full of ice and needs to be defrosted. A blackout blind would be a nice addition as the curtains do not keep the morning sun out. No Kleenex . Coffee is very weak- you need to use two packets per pot in your room.

There is a refrigerator, drawer space, good lighting, a pair of comfy chairs, two suitcase racks, double nightstands and lights, and a good sized table. Plenty of accessible power. Great location.

The soaps are very basic, bring your own if you're picky. The decor is bland, nothing special, pure function. Also, even though checkout is at 11 and we had put out the DND sign, we got a knock on the door before checkout time. Not a big deal, but not ideal.

This spot was perfect for our 1 night stay. Location is a good “launching” spot for whatever activity you’re there to enjoy. Room was very clean, and the owner even gave us an upgrade, so we had a little enclosed patio overlooking the mountains behind. Loved that it was enclosed and could be enjoyed without the wind! I would most definitely stay here again.

We had stayed here before. This experience was better than our last. Our room was located in the back of the building so it was quiet and relaxing. They allowed us an earlier check in which was quite helpful to us. We would definitely return in the future.

It was conveniently located. I left a message with the property staff, I was surprised when the lady who manages the property called me. She worked with me on my very late arrival (midnight). My room was comfortable, and CLEAN! She made access to my room convenient. This room was cleaner than the Hilton Niagara Fallsview in Ontario Canada where I paid a pretty penny a night. This place is not fancy, however, we had a great night sleep and felt safe. The parking lot was full. I would stay here again.

Such a nice lady at the front desk. She did everything possible to make us comfortable. The rooms were clean and cute, also quiet and in a great location. We parked right outside our room but never heard traffic sounds.

Very clean motor lodge. Close to all of the North Conway attractions including Story Land. Comfortable room, basic, but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Hot shower, good AC unit, blacked out curtains so the room stayed darken in the morning, cozy beds, beautiful pool with pool towels available upon request. Some rooms with a back, screened in balcony space which provided a great space for our kids to play.

Breakfast treats available, but no breakfast option.

Love the place, the location is awesome, the owners are great 👍 - have been coming here for over 20 years and keep looking forward to returning 😀
