We love the staff first and foremost they are amazing and keep that place running smoothly! It was great that the slides were working this family trip! The kids loved the slides the renovations are beautiful too! I love what they did!

The hot tub wasn't working properly and we were not notified until we went to use it. Kidna werid to sit in a hot tub with 5 other grown adults in still water no bubbles so it odd. When we went to breakfast we got there about 7 and there were things that were not put out until after we made our plates and our entire stay we only saw one person cleaning the tables and normally they talk to the customers and it was very different this trip on that end.

Staff were very friendly. Check in and out was quick and easy. My kids loved the continental breakfast. The dinning room was clean. My room was quiet. Great location. I asked for extra blankets and the front desk gave me two. The water park was great. My kids spent hours going down the slides

The Bathroom. I founded a used contact lens on the bathroom floor. Toothpaste drippings on the vanity and black hair on the floor. I used my own Lysol wipes and cleaned up the bathroom before I’d let my family use it. The Room in general was ok but outdated. I turned the heat on and a terrible smell of cat urine came from the radiator. I tried to open the windows but only one would open and it had no screen. I’m not sure how I feel about this considering it’s a kid friendly hotel. I did notify the front desk and they said maintenance would come look at the radiator.

Breakfast was amazing. With a family of 5 the free breakfast saves $50-$75 a day rather than eating at a restaurant. Waffles were delicious every morning and they switch up the other options every other day. The water park was great too. Open until 10:00pm great way for the kids to finish every off night of vacation. The hotel is perfectly located right down the road from the center but not too far from everything else like restaurants and convenience stores.

There isn’t anything that comes to mind that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

We love this hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is fabulous, they have many tasty options. The kids love the different choices for breakfast. The cleaning staff was incredibly helpful and attentive.

The water park is getting run down. The heating vent system in the water park is stained and torn. The pool deck felt slimy and the pools seemed like they needed a deep clean. Many of the over head lights in the pool area were burnt out or flickering.

the pool needs some updates. it is no fault of the staff though. they keep things orderly. it just looks worn down!

Great location to the White Mountain NP Awesome pool area if you travel with kids.

They are remodeling, that didn’t bother us. We stayed in newly renovated king room, it was very roomie & very nice!! Only problem was the AC set at 68 it was still warm in large room. The thermostat and AC were right across from each other.

It is a nice Hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and also very spacious, the water park is very good. Breakfast is well provided but I missed some cheese, fruits like berries, watermelon and melon, and granola to eat with yogurt.

I now we have a work labor crise right now in The USA and it is difficult to hire people specially on Summer, I just hope the Hotel hires more people to work on cleaning, specially cleaning the rooms. That lady was alone in our floor and she looked very tired, the rooms need more meticulous cleaning.

I liked how there was breakfast included every morning, unlimited coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day, dog friendly, and it was near everything.

I didn’t like how I got charged $75 for dog cleaning. Our dog didn’t leave a mess or have an accident. I’m not sure if it was mentioned on the website.

The continental breakfast was excellent, the staff on hand was awesome, they clean every station, it was my first time I see that the staff cleans everything to make sure that you do not get dirty. I recommande this hotel.

It was not what we did not like; we were disappointed that the slide were not working. Motor problem.

We love the water slides and the breakfast. It was perfect.

The only thing we did not love was how noisy the building was. You could hear everything and everyone walking above you and outside your room. We had a feeling this would happen as this was a hotel geared more for families.
