Very happily surprised by room size and having the kitchenette area was great! Also nice was all the storage space if it is needed for a longer trip

I didn’t get to fully experience the breakfast. It seemed like there were alot of good options. I just grabbed something easy when I took my son down but may suggest re working the setup/flow of the breakfast. It was steadily busy and we waited a while but it was also a little confusing with the waffle. Station seeming to keep the line backed up and was not sure he best way to navigate line, how the flow was supposed to go based on the setup

The location was perfect. Close to everything. The pool had my kids entertained for hours which was great. I also loved the size of the fridge and how homey the room felt! One of the cutest things was when we went in the lobby and found a hot chocolate bar and fresh cookies sitting out to be had. They kept it stocked which was also great because I feel like things like that can go fast and then some kids get dissapointed. Everytime I walked by, even hours in-between, their was plenty!

The pillows were too soft/thin and the breakfast wasn't very good. The pool also had quite a bit of bleach which stung my families eyes a little but I'm not sure they could do much about that. Im assuming it was to keep everyone healthy.

The room was very comfortable, being a suite. There was a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The beds were comfy, and there were darkening shades. Being new, it had new furnishings. It was nice and quiet at night and sufficiently warm enough that we didn't need to run the heat or cooling system. The staff was friendly and the saltwater pool was warm and clean. The 24-hour access to free coffee and tea was exceptional!

The breakfast was disappointing, as it was the usual low-fiber SAD processed fare. More fruit and grain options would've been nice. We enjoyed the pool but wished there was a hot tub.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The price was reasonable and fair, and the value was excellent! We are a family of five. The room included two double beds and a sofa that opens into a double bed in a TV room. The room was very spacious, very clean, and definitely surprised us in a good way, especially since we arrived at this place after leaving a terrible one at the same price. The location is also very convenient—right next to the outlet mall, for those to whom that's important

I was very pleased with this hotel very clean super staff if I had only one suggestion I wish I knew the up front cost for pets as I understand some may make a mess I would have liked someone to check my room and see that another charge was not necessary I walk and keep my dogs under control and respect property even after the great bags you provide some people leave there mess without taking proper care of it they should pay the extra fee not responsible people but I understand it.

Pool was nice! The location is close to everything so that is really great. Staff is very responsive and it's nice to see other families and kids while you are staying at a place (my son loves it).

My son has an allergy (to milk) and I was a little disappointed with the variety of food that he could eat because last time we stayed here, there were potatoes and bacon which he really enjoyed but this time there were only breakfast sandwiches/bowls all which contained milk. I also thought $400 a night was a bit much but I guess it's a weekend in the summer.

Room was clean and spacious and had all the amenities of home. Bed, furniture and pillows were all very comfortable. Close to restaurants and shopping, including tourist traps and grocery stores. A minute or two from the east end of the Kancamagas highway. And for me, within walking distance of a Starbucks (We're from the Seattle area).

I did not find anything lacking.

Very easy access, friendly staff.

Up all night hearing a dog barking in a room near by along with a child above us running (stomping around). I have children and we are respectful and not stomping screaming. We also own a dog and wouldn't allow it to bark non stop. Next time I'll just ask to have a room where pets are not allowed as I had no clue they were even allowed there. But over all everything else was perfect.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean room, my daughter enjoyed the pool the location is convenient close to everything. Great stay overall. Thank you Alexis for responding to my message.

My son and I Couldn’t access the pool area for the chlorine it was too strong for us also the cleaning crew should pay attention to details, the sofa bed was folded with unclean sheets, I sent them message and they fixed the issue right away.

The hotel was beautiful inside, the decor was nice, it was bright and clean, very modern. The breakfast was good, enough options to choose from, very spacious area to eat, you didn't feel like you were all crammed into the dining area. The room we stayed in was really nice, didn't expect it to have a full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes and plenty of storage if you were staying for more then a weekend.

There was nothing we didn't like, it was a nice, newer hotel.
