Location, parking, friendly staff, medium size fridge, microwave, coffee machine, closet, drawers. Bathroom with tub and shower. We like that you can enter the property from the main road as well as from the back, where outlets are. Also you can just walk to the outlets, 5min . The pool had ben renovated but we did not use it, not enough time. They were renovating the breakfast area at the time of our stay, but breakfast was still offered: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, yogurts, fruits, you can make waffles, coffee regular and decaf. Great variety for a good morning start. We arrived very late in the night, way after checking in time, but we were able to check-in and go to our room. Raine ( I am not sure of her name's spelling) checked us in after midnight, thank you very much.

We wish that they would have, for the lower floor in the main building, at least 1 cart for luggages. We had quite a few and had to carry them to our room. They were able to accommodate us with a main floor room.

I love the proximity to everything. My daughter and I came up for skiing during Christmas week and to do a little shopping and the location was perfect.

Just a couple of small things if I had to comment on anything, our bathroom door wasn’t closing correctly, basically falling off the hinge. Someone should really look into this. The water pressure is horrible at best. I know we are trying to save on water but it’s really at a trickle. And lastly, the heat was a bit warm. With no thermostat to turn it down. Should be a way to turn it down.

This location was wonderful. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very clean and complimentary breakfast is fantastic. I will be staying at this location again for future stays.

this location is close to a lot of attractions it's 10 minutes to story land a hour to Santa's village. about a hour to whales tale. there's great shopping places around that area and great restaurant choices around there.

Love that it is in an area near dining and shopping. Love that it has a pool. Staff was friendly. Breakfast included with your stay is great and convenient.

While I loved that there was an indoor pool I did not like that the bottom of the pool felt rough. An update to the pool would be nice. Also that if you want new towels or bedding they drop it off in front of your door for you which I don't mind so much with the towels but new bedding I wish would be something that the housekeeping would change for you. When away on vacation the last thing I want to be trying to do is change and make a bed. At the very least maybe give an option to if thr person wants it dropped off or to have housekeeping come in and do it for them.

The only thing I did not like was the smell of the room because it obviously had been smoked in at some point. But what was a bigger deal to me was the woman that was tending to breakfast. She did not have things filled like they should be. She put her hand on the coffee and realized that it needed more but didn't fill it. Then later complained out loud that someone had spilled coffee on the napkins. It's just not good customer service to share those kinds of things out loud. But I understand it can be frustrating.

Breakfast. The main food was opened half an hour before the start of breakfast and even the hot food was available 10 minutes early. Raine was very nice and helpful and replenished the food constantly.

Our room was very close to the reception, therefore a little noisier than usual. Also the heating system was a little loud.

Convenient location to a lot of places, clean room, pillows were really comfortable, free breakfast and WiFi were great

The door didn’t have the latch for extra security so was not good as I had my two an a half year old who knows how to open the door. Bathroom fan and light were connected as one so always had to have the fan on if turned on the light so the sound would make my son wake up just ended up using my phone as a light, the beds weren’t comfortable

Staff was very welcoming and helpful , good facilities and room was spacious. Complementary fresh breakfast every morning.

No public transport but it has to do with the area rather than the Hotel. Place was undergoing renovations thus we couldnt use the common area.

The kids loved the waffle maker at breakfast! There is a good variety of breakfast items to choose from. It was great that they leave the plates and plastic cutlery out because we had pizza in the room and needed napkins, plates and a knife. The beds were very comfortable!

The indoor pool could use some up dating. It was okay for the kids. It would be great if a hot tub was added.

Excellent location and staff were super friendly and efficient. Raine at the front desk, was extremely helpful and courteous, she went out of her way to be accommodating and creating a pleasant experience. The pillows were very comfortable and the beds as well.
