The breakfast was hot and there were many options to choose from. One suggestion might be to pre-prepare the waffles and put out on the buffet as there was always at least a ten-minute wait at the waffle station.

The television in our room did not work, when we told the front desk they sent up a service technician right away which was awesome. But unfortunately, he could not get the TV to work after 30 plus minutes of trying. It was already 8 pm and after a long day of traveling and skiing we just wanted to get settled, so we thanked him for his efforts but told him to forget about it.

I had a perfect night at the Residence Inn Marriott in North Conway! Check in online was a breeze, and I arrived on the later side - close to 10 pm - but obtaining my room key, etc was a breeze too. The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was super comfy! I slept so well! I left pretty early - around 5 am - and was greeted by Kristen R., who manages breakfast. She was so friendly and kind and went out of her was to go get a banana for me. I wasn't too hungry but the breakfast spread looked great! Honestly, everything was perfect!!

Raven at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautifully decorated for fall and offered hot apple cider and fresh cookies in the lobby. Our room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was full of fabulous options with a very engaging staff ready to help with anything. Ample parking and quick check-in even with several buses arriving made this definitely a 10 on our trip!

The sofa bed/ couch was so squashed down we had to pile up the cushions on top of each other and send down for some pillows to use as a backrest..but they arrived promptly!

This was our first time staying at the Residence Inn in North Conway. We loved that the room was large, very clean and comfortable. It also had a nice kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom area was large. There was also a great breakfast included in the reasonable price, which made it an exceptional value, The staff employees were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Maggie at the front desk was phenomenal, pool and hot tub clean and enjoyable.. they accommodated my room to have a mountain view on the top floor, they offered smores kits at the front desk and hosted a movie night fir the guests during the storm. All and all a nice stay.

my room wasn't the cleanest ie carpets still had some wrappers on the floor from previous tenants, eating utensils were not clean, bathroom had pee stains on side of toilet and on/ under lid. (I cleaned all of these things) Snow removal was subpart cars were not cleaned off or shoveled around. Lots of slippery spots.

The breakfast was amazing. Each day I woke up looking forward to enjoying a delicious breakfast. The location was a 10/10. Shaw's supermarket plus Walmart were less than a mile away. So convenient for a family of 3.

There was nothing I did not like about my stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our every need and wants. House cleaning services were always willing to get you whatever you needed for your room. We enjoyed our time at the Hilton.

The property was clean and very family oriented. Breakfast was provide daily and had lots of options. At night there was a fire pit with complimentary s’mores kits. The pool and fitness room added to our stay by providing activities. Overall, we loved the spacious room and the overall hotel experience.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The Entrance Sign on the main road could be larger, I missed it several times. Loved the pool, but the hottub is made of a VERY rough concrete, and the steps into it are so irregular I fell in and badly scraped my shin. I was extra careful on my second stay, but even then getting seated was an trepidous affair.

Well located. Well equipped kitchen. Very large flat and very comfortable beds. Well stocked bathrooms. Good isolation between the rooms of the flat. Free parking on the property.

Construction works across the road, meaning that you are woken up early in the morning. Isolation from the road noise is not very good. Breakfast was slightly disappointing (no cheese except spreadable cheese, no meat cuts, lots of disposable plates, cups, and cutlery instead of "proper" plates, etc.).

Spacious room, nice to have a kitchen, separate parents unit. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The first room we got was very dirty. Looked like it is cleaned but the floor was a disaster. Took pictures and showed the stuff, we got another room but without any compensation for the very bad experience.
