We were greeted by owner, Rob, as we arrived and welcomed to enjoy the living room and have coffee and snacks at our leisure. Our room was large and had an attached bathroom (the bed was extremely comfortable). The breakfasts were amazing!! There was a printed menu each day that listed the courses! Great coffee, fresh juice, muffins, a fresh fruit dish, a choice of two breakfasts each morning, great bacon, and gracious service! The location was just off the main road up through North Conway, with easy access to all of the area attractions and the loop road around the White Mountains. Many, many restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!

This is a very large, older, classic home, and we only encountered some slow drainage in the bathroom and the expected creaky floors. Being close to the main road, there was traffic noise, but that did not keep us from sleeping peacefully. We did not have access to a TV during our stay.

Really cute house, we loved that it felt very comfortable to come and like we weren’t disturbing anyone - they were super flexible with the checkin time because we hit some traffic we didn’t get in until late! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the highlight of the trip.

Our bedroom did not have a tv but that’s probably something I should have paid attention to when I chose my room, it was kind of nice to not have a tv to keep us in the room all day.

Booked for two nights and each breakfast was phenomenal. A high-class choice of two options each day, served with a starter muffin and fresh fruit. You will not be finding this level of food at your basic breakfast establishment. The location is just off the Main Street so it is very quiet, and yet my wife and I were easily able to walk into the main part of town where the shops and train station are. You will be treated to cookies and/or muffins throughout the day, and can relax in a main room to read or play board games. Our room also had a full working fireplace, although the time of year did not warrant its use.

There was nothing to object to as long as you appreciate a bed and breakfast inn. The property is well over 100 years old, and you will have a few steps up to your room. Embrace the fact that you are not staying at a cookie-cutter hotel with its main lobby, concierge and the same tired breakfast options you have had a thousand times.

my husband & I loved the inn we are both artists & musicians so we absolutely loved the charm & unique decor etc. our room was spacious and extremely comfortable the inn is peaceful and quiet and close to area attractions nice staff Rob is an amazing chef and our breakfast selections were unique and delicious

Great location which provided easy walking distance to the main part of town. The property is set off from the main road, so noise was never an issue. In addition, the breakfast was excellent and a big treat from the usual continental breakfast, or faceless experience. The room itself had a missing floor tile in the bathroom, and a few repairs, but I think the charm and ambience made any of these small things irrelevant. So good, in fact, that I'm returning with my wife next month to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. When you factor in the reasonable cost, there's not anything to complain about.

The owners were fantastic and the food outstanding !

It was very warm and muggy in our room because the A/C never came on. It made it hard to sleep. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so made it hard to get ready in the morning. Also the room was never cleaned or bedding changed during the week we were there. We didn’t need it done every day but was told it would be done mid week but it never was.

Owners prepared an excellent breakfast and provided drinks and snacks.

The bathroom baseboard was black and rotted. Most floors had not been swept in a while. There was hair on the back of the toilet. The top bedding cover appeared to not have been washed recently. The bathroom radiator was rusty.

The Victorian B & B was super cozy. The room was adorable, large, comfortable, attractive, quiet, quaint and everything you would want or need. Great location, super delicious 3 course breakfast. Cookies, tea and coffee in the afternoon/evening. The hosts (Rob & his Wife) were absolutely delightful and interacted with us. Their stories were funny and interesting about the wildlife in the area. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was exceptional and the breakfast was extraordinary! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

There were no rugs at all, nor was there a bath mat. I don’t like to step out of the shower onto a bare floor, so I put down a towel. The decor was bare bones. A bit tacky; fake flowers, filthy dusty “mood” lamp by the bed. Cheezy plastic clock not set for the correct time so just flashing. It would not take much to correct all this!

The breakfast was excellent and very delicious. The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The owner also shared with us stories about the house and the local town's history.

We stayed at the 'New York' room and the bathtub was a little hard to get into.
