Not a fancy place, but you get real value-for-money. The staff is nice and you get a nice and cheap night near Conway. Price compared to similar options is by far the best deal in this area. Highly recommended - don't look at the average rating, White Trellis is 1/3 lower compared to other similar places.

All good - the staff is busy, but they have to be when the prices are as low as they are.

This is a tidy, independently owned, old school motel. the room was small but adequate for a single skier. very clean. There is a public space but I didn't use it.

It would have been nice to have a comfortable chair with a nearby light for reading, watching TV.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but it could use a little updating in the room like the wallpaper but that didn’t interfere with my stay

Check in was a breeze, very old fashioned hotel, had To write on a check in card which I thought was so cute and funny. Rooms were extremely clean, and had modern amenities like small fridge in room, cable TV, air conditioner. The rooms are old school with wallpaper on the walls and the counter the sink was on was old 70s yellow but that’s just more so you know what to expect it didn’t effect our stay at all. The mattresses must have been new, or newer, or at least just cleaned consistently, they were the cleanest mattresses I have ever seen, old school but clean and comfortable. We stayed one night, could have stayed two comfortably but had other plans, it’s a great hotel for a weekend and the woman who worked at the front desk seemed more than accommodating for the people who checked in in front of us who seemed to have a larger party. Long story short, great room for an ever greater price.

refrigerator on floor next to closet, air conditioner plug on bed when we arrived and had to stand on bed to turn it on. tiolet too small had problems getting on and off.

Room is very clean.

I made many phone calls but it was too hard to reach the help desk. The heat system is kind of noisy, been waken up a few times during the night.

SUCH a nice place!! Staff was exceptional!! It was so nice, we cancelled our next place to stay and stayed for an extra night!!!

It was a great location. Check in and out was super easy.

There was nothing wrong with the property. But there was hairs on one of our pillows so I removed them and flipped it over and there was another hair.
