It’s located in a beautiful place and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The bathroom was too tiny, we could barely move to use it. Would be nice to have some sort of shelving inside the shower to put our toiletries on. It would be helpful if the staff turned on the A/C or heat before their guests arrive. Or cottage was boiling hot and it took quite sometime to get it to a comfortable level for sleeping. The property has great potential to become an incredibly comfortable stay.

The few things that needed attention were minor fixes. We came very early in the season and it was obvious repate and maintenance were being worked on. You can easily tell great pride and attention to detail is their normal practice. The cleanliness was completely perfect. Will definitely go back again.

One lamp didn't light. Some parts of the outside painting hadn't been completed yet. I could not park right at the cabin. All very minor things I'm sure they were getting to.

The kids absolutely loved all the toys that they had for them to play with. The pool was great & clean, our room was clean and the AC worked really good to keep the room cool for us. The bathroom wasn't fancy by any means but it was clean and we had no issues at all! They had coffee in the mornings you could go grab if you wanted which I thought was pretty nice! We all had a great stay and would come back if we travel back again and would recommend to people!

The shower didn't stay hot for a long period of time but that was just something minor- we all had a blast so didn't care about that part!

Perfect location, close to downtown and Storyland but off the main road so you didn’t deal with noise from traffic. Great pool and play area for kids with adults. The cottages are not right on top of each other so you get decent privacy with them. And above all else…. The owners are amazing. Some of the nicest people I have met and will do anything to take care of you!

The bathrooms in the cottage are extremely small which wouldn’t be an issue except there is no shelf to put anything near the sink or in the shower. Other than that, place was wonderful.

Family friendly, great set up for kids to play, and has a campground feel in the way it allows people to feel at ease and encourages kids to make friends for their stay, but way more comfortable than staying in a tent. Lovely view of the mountains, and love sitting on the little porch at night. Would absolutely stay again.

Shower could use some tlc, but you can tell they are working to upgrade as they are able.

We arrived after midnight and the owner was so very kind to make sure we got our key and directions to the room. Room and beds were clean, parking available nearby. We didn't have the opportunity to use any of the other amenities, like the pool or playground, but the place looked just like on the pictures.

The price seemed a bit steep for the room, however, this might have been because we booked the stay very last minute (literally the day before). Not sure if the value is more reasonable with proper planning in advance. Otherwise, everything was great.

When we came around the corner we were so delighted to see the property! Lots of wonderful places for children to play! The owners were so kind and friendly. The place was very clean as well as the pool! We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! There wasn’t one thing we didn’t like about it. We will definitely come back and will be letting all our family and friends know about this hidden gem! We thank the owners for making us feel welcome from the first moment we arrived to our departure!

Perry’s Motel and Cottages is a family run business. I loved that we were in the woods with a gorgeous Mountain View. The proximity to all the attractions that North Conway has to offer and proximity to shopping is wonderful. The owners live on site and are available to help with anything! We forgot a wine bottle opener, asked if they had one, the owner went into his home and brought one to us within 2 minutes. The inground pool is heated and we spent several hours swimming which tired the kid Out!

Excellent management and staff. Nice new furniture. And the water volume and pressure were the BEST I've ever experienced in a hotel! Perfect location on the quiet Route 16-A (yet just less than a mile from the busier Route 16). Nice location between North Conway (to the south) and Jackson Village (to the north).

In the heart of the White mountains. This family run business is great for families with kids. Two play grounds, tons of pool toys, s’more’s around the campfire for everyone! Our cabin was cute with two bedrooms, 3 queen beds, private bath and shower, little kitchen, and more hot water than we have at home. These are older camp cabins being renovated! The cabin was nice and clean. Next time we will rent two cabins as it was a little small for our teenagers and us to get away from each other.
