I wasn't expecting a lot based on the very reasonable price, but was pleasantly surprised. The property looked great, the room had everything needed (including a refrigerator and balcony), and was clean and comfortable. The location was nicely-centered between Conway and the White Mountain National Park, and access to the major routes was convenient without the noise of being on a main street. I have already booked several more stays this year.

Cozy room, great location. We really enjoyed our stay. We ended up extending it an extra night. The staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was good, had a variety of things to choose from. We trailered our motorcycle, so we needed extra parking space for the truck and trailer. They were very accommodating for that. It really was a great stay and very affordable. We will definitely return.

There really wasn't much that we didn't like. We loved that we had a balcony to sit on to enjoy the mountain view. However, there was no privacy between balconies. Each balcony had a waist high divider between them, but it would have been nice to have it taller and more of a privacy wall. But that certainly wouldn't keep us from returning.

It was such a special stay for us. It wasn't a luxurious glamourous hotel, but it was just what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and well kept with comfortable beds. It was about 6 miles from north conway so the traffic was never an issue. It was very peaceful-just what we really needed. Playing pool with my son and going for nice swims in the pool. It was just so nice for us to get away from Boston and we just loved taking long walks around the property. I have no complaints. The proprietors were helpful and friendly, and I look forward to staying their again. Thank you!

Standard continental breakfast options, the fruit choices and pastry options were fresh everyday. The view is amazing out the front door, property was maintained and landscaping was great. They took daily care of the pool just wish we had time to use it. The rooms felt like a good size not too crowded. Cleaning staff seemed to come everyday, they took care of the bed and linens while leaving our stuff alone.

Lot of flies mostly in the bathroom. Feels like a one off thing, but they were more noticeable our second night than the first night. It made a very clean room otherwise feel a bit off. Not sure if they came in while cleaning staff was in the room or came through the drains (a good amount were hanging around the shower).

All the open power outlets in room including USB outlets did not work, so I couldn't charge my phone.

The location was great, and the beds comfortable. Pillows could be improved, but we travel with our own as that is not unusual for hotel pillows. The continental breakfast was a cost savings for sure- our kiddo loved the waffle iron. The hot tub in the room was clean and fantastic to have. Room was a bit warm at night, but we cracked the window and it was fine. There was a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us upon our arrival. That was a lovely touch.

The rates at high season (which we expected, esp booking at the last minute) are quite high in comparison to other times of the year, and I am not sure I would pay so much again. But again, planning in advance might have impacted the rates as well.

The room was cozy and a good size. Comfortable bed, and a solid complementary breakfast. No complaints from me!

We had 2 roots, one with a Jacuzzi and the other one was small and very simple. The room with the Jacuzzi was big and much more enjoyable although when we arrived at the desk of the hotel they gave us very strict and unreasonable conditions of how to use the Jacuzzi: Only one person can get in…. At the other smallest room, it was very crowded, a small table near the bad only at one side And outside the room the neighbors were smoking and the smell went easily inside our room so we had to suffer from it and to close the windows very often. The dining room is small…. Lots of time it was to cruded and full with people…

Excellent breakfast. Great availability of hot water for tea and cold filtered water. Helpful maps and info provided in the office. Quiet, convenient location with plenty of parking close to our room. Good value. Room was clean and had everything we needed--including fridge and microwave. Definitely would stay there again if in the area.

Door lock was glitchy. We had to get new magnetic cards right from the start, and it never showed a green light when unlocked--just a red one whether locked or unlocked. Ice machine unexpectedly was in the workout room and took a while to find since it wasn't notated on the property map.
