I arrived late to the complimentary breakfast; the owner kept it open an additional half hour. I was very grateful for that as I was tired and hungry. He was kind, caring, gracious, and helpful; I have to say that the service he gave was truly excellent.

The lighting in the room was poor, but other than that, everything else about my stay - especially the service and the value - was excellent. I would recommend this place unless you are doing something like interviewing or Zoom calls that require good lighting - and if you are, bring a ring light or something!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lodge in Jackson, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The central location made exploring all the area’s attractions a breeze, and waking up to the beautiful river views and charming covered bridge was a delight. Our newly renovated ground-floor room with a patio and lush gardens provided a peaceful retreat, while breakfast each morning by the river was the perfect start to our day—especially with the kids’ favorite Belgian waffle station and fresh, tasty options. The friendly, attentive staff made us feel right at home, and the special touch of a campfire on our last night, where we met other families and shared stories, created memories we’ll cherish forever. Our stay was nothing short of magical, and we can’t wait to return!

A great deal of effort has been put into updating this property which isn't always easy with an older lodge. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean bathroom and a multi charging port near beds. The grounds were lovely and offered a great place to sit and relax by the pool or near the river. There is a pool, tennis court, volleyball area and play area. Would have loved this place when my children were younger. The location allows you to get away from the craziness of North Conway.

No elevator to second floor but it was fine.

1. Management - I made an error in booking my stay and without hesitation the manager made the adjustment 2. Breakfast - management paid particular concenr that the items were always plentiful (coffee, fruit, waffle batter etc.) 3. Late Checkout Request - Again management listened to our need and without hesitation said a 1hr. extension wouldn't be a problem.

I forgot to mention during checkout that the bathtub water flow valve that shifts from tub to shower needs adjusting so that 1/2 the water when taking a shower doesn't flow from the faucet.

Fantastic location. Peaceful refuge after hiking and kayaking in the surrounding White Mountains. Easy to walk around Jackson Village which is quaint eating and shopping area. Great setting to enjoy the all the area has to offer. Short drive into the White Mountain National Forest and short drive to explore the Conway area, Mt Washington and Crawford Notch State Park trails. Recommend!

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, clean, lovely gardens

There was seldom anyone at the check-in desk, requiring a phone call to get response, and sometimes that was only the opportunity to leave a message. Also, while the inside of the lodge was clean and attractive, the walkway to the check-in was cracked, uneven, covered with various materials - off-putting, and made a wheeled suitcase difficult.

The stay was overnight as we were travelling south. Jackson was chosen because of its location, and The Lodge was in a central and quiet area. The staff were very professional, informative and helpful. The premises had facilties that we did not use because of the short duration of our stay, but all areas that we used were impeccable, tidy and well maintained. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice for such a small hotel.

Nothing could have been better for us as it fitted our requirements exactly.

We like the spacious grounds and they were beautiful to look at. Nice way to end the day at the fire pit. Very easy to get in and out. Plenty of room. The gazebo was nice. Being next to the rive was nice. Very peaceful.

Lots of children making noise at all hours - probably due to the proximity to Story Land. Included continental breakfast was not appetizing. The grounds offered activities but many of the activities were broken or missing parts.

So close to everything--Red Fox Tavern, Black Mountain. Rooms were spacious and lit well with overhead lights. Loved having a fridge in the room! Loved the eggs and sausage and coffee at breakfast! My kids liked making the waffles.

Leak in bathroom ceiling first night. But we moved the next morning and that room was great. Refrigerator made a bit lot of noise at night. But tolerable.

An outstanding place to stay. Above and beyond clean. Very quiet with an excellent breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful and everything is well maintained. The rooms are larger than expected, grounds are meticulously landscaped and the jacuzzi helped after a long day of traveling. The Lodge at Jackson Village is the best of the best.

Nothing could be better. This is the only place we'll be staying when traveling in the area.
